The service staff are very friendly The decoration is simple but pretty The quality is quite good, the facilities are fully equipped 😍

- There are two full-fledged areas - a dining room with a kitchen and a bedroom. - The room had an opening window. - Outside the window was a beautiful view and a tree. - The windows overlook a quiet street. - The bath was spacious. - Stylish. A little homey and cozy.

- All photos are processed in Photoshop. The rooms are NOT new. - There was almost no water in the cooler. - The hood, the lamp and much more were dirty and dusty. - There was an old, used sponge in the kitchen. - Repairs done poorly. There are unpaved holes in the walls. Lots of cracks. - There are strange stains on the walls, remnants of sticky tape and so on. - The refrigerator was empty and dirty. - There were no snacks or drinks in the room. - The door to the bedroom was broken and jammed. - The outlets are in poor condition. - The toilet seat is broken. The toilet paper holder is torn off. - An ordinary iron key instead of a key card. This hotel clearly does not deserve 4 stars. This is a maximum of 3 stars, moreover, only after a major overhaul.

The hotel is located near the airport (5 minutes by taxi). The room has very clean bedsheets and towels. Nice option for staying overnight when you have a long night transfer.

There were some drawbacks for us in our stay. First, the hotel doesn't require prior payment, but after booking we received a message from the hotel, in which the required 20% deposit and asked to send it on a card of Vietnam bank. We do not have vietnam bank cards and couldnt make such a deposit. I wrote back and asked if we still have a booking, but the hotel answered very late, and I haven't seen the message, and most of the time I was anxious if have a room booked at all. Second, several hours before check in the hotel send a message that if we want to check in after 10 PM, then we have to call some worker of the hotel to get info on how to check in. This was a surprise for us, as we read a message after 10PM when our plane landed. Plus we haven't had local sim cards, and even haven't had an opportunity to do that call. I believe that the the hotel shall inform that they do not have 24 hours reception in adavance. And last, which was the most dissapointing, the hotel does not accept card payment. and we had to go and find ATM after 12AM (( So overall our experience was not really good:( All these things could never happened if we were notified in advance! The location is nearest to the airport.

The apartment was not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a balcony, but the view was completely blocked because of construction. There were mosquitoes. The kitchen was not cleaned.

Location is good with lots of restaurants around the property. It's about 10 to 15 mins walk to the airport and 7eleven. Hot water pressure is strong and temperature is hot enough for bathtub. Contained microwave, mid-size refrigerator and cooktop.

The photos shown were bigger room and more spacious, but actually much smaller. But it's cozy and comfortable enough. Aircon noise was loud and noisy, hard to get into sleep at night😔 Slippers only give one side for two people and no provide tissue paper, kitchen towels instead😬

Close to airport (walking distance) in a quite side street. Easy to find.

Apartment was smaller than expected. Payment only possible in cash. Difficult communication with caretakers (no English knowledge), need to involve owner for any clarification.

The hotel is exceptionally peaceful and beautiful, the locality is quiet and easily accessible from all the tourist spots
