Amazing staff, great food. Location is perfect and hotel is perfect. A big, clean and beautiful room. A veryyyy good quality breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel! Ps: they will have a new spa very soonnnn

We loved everything about Marina Bay. From the room to the outdoors, everything was amazing. Starting with the staff at the reception, they were well informed and answered all the questions we had, also they kept us informed about the resort’s activities. After that, we were welcomed from Guest Relations department, with a warm welcoming treat and a message explaining everything we could do during our stay. The room was amazingly clean, besides that, we had everything in our room. Starting from the very up to date amenities, up to the ironing tools for our clothes. The room smelled nicely and warm. We frequented almost all facilities at the resort, the Mandarin Restaurant, which by the way had a variety of food in their menu, we ate dinner there and tbh I have visited the south of Albania twice, but I had never had anything like what we had at Mandarin. After that we went to Lime Lounge, the cocktails were absolutely delicious, ACE Club also very entertaining and ofc the Casino. Amazing experience! Btw, at Marina Bay, you can definitely have a luxurious experience for a good value of money.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

First of all, staff was very polite and kind, always helpful and available. The room was clean and comfy like nowhere else around the area. Its quite affordable for all the luxury and service that it gives. To not mention the delicious breakfast and the heavenly panoramic view from the terrace. Cant wait to return!

I like everything about this resort. It was wonderful stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The services provided are outstanding and the resort is great in location and see view.

L'emplacement idéal pour profiter d'une vue magnifique et pas loin de la ville. Le personnel était au soin et nous avons manqué de rien. Un petit mot avec des fruits nous attendaient dans la.chambre.

La chambre avait des retouches au plafond et il aurait suffit d'un coup de peinture pour que ça ce voit plus.

There is a good selection at breakfast and the food and drinks at the rooftop bar pleasant and their service was good. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The room was well insulated so we had no noise from the casino or DJ nights once inside.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Check in and check out we’re both really slow and it was always a bit hit or miss in terms of whether the staff could be bothered, for example, there was one excellent waiter in the rooftop bar, but the guy at the poolside bar was terrible. Everywhere outdoors desperately needs an upgrade - tiles are chipped or missing, here are chunks out of the decking, there was a black plastic bag covering exposed electrics, etc. The service at the pool was terrible but there was an awful oil-like film on the water at the ‘beach’ so the pool seemed the safest option. There is very little privacy for each room's balcony, so despite the lovely view, it wasn’t the nicest place to sit out for a drink if your neighbours had the same idea. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel - there are better hotels towards Sarandë which are cheaper, have better beach access with clearer water, and don’t pretend to be 5 star when they clearly aren’t. If you are going to stay in Vlorë I would recommend a hotel closer to town so you have a better selection of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area.

We really enjoy the experience. Very welcoming staff at reception. They offer us free upgrade to a sea view room. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to hear the sea wave noise. We had dinner @Mandarin, tastyyyy! They serve us fresh fish 🐟 and a good wine. Than we had a cocktail @Lime. The party there was amazing🥳🤩🤩. We ate breakfast @Lime too. Wonderful view. We will be back for suree!

Stranden kunde varit lite bättre, ligger ganska stora stenar i vattnet och svårt att gå in. Halt att gå i trappan i havet. Havet är fantastiskt, gott om plats på stranden och verkligen fridfullt. Poolen är wow, 10 poäng.

It was a total experience, amazing landscapes and the most beautiful sunset, great food and very welcoming and helpful staff. The gastro show at Bato’s in the evening was the highlight of our stay, a nice mix of delicious food and good music. We will definitely come back 🥰

The bed was very comfortable and the mini bar was well stocked. Nice pool area but you didn’t get to pick where you sat. We had a late checkout but there was no ‘do not disturb sign’ so we had to tell the housekeeping staff that the room was still in use.

The shower drain was grotty and there was no body wash, only shampoo. The sink was blocked and the hairdryer was attached under the sink and the cord was too short to dry your hair without bending down. There were only 2 hangers and there were no robes. All things that you would expect to find in a 5 star hotel. The room was by the pool and you could hear music all night. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t speak much English. We turned up for breakfast one minute past serving time and we were turned away.

Everything was great. From the rooms, pool, beach, restaurants, casino.

Red hair ( short red hair) receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Everything I asked about the pool/ private beach she would give me short answers and tell me to ask the staff from the beach. Was texting while taking us to our room. Staff has a long way to go. Two different occasions we didn’t have parking. Ordered room Service 3 times, they never had change for the payment; or would forget the credit card machine. The hotel Is nice and clean. The pools beautiful; but it’s not worthed not sleeping due to loud music until late.

Beachfront location Excellent breakfast (surcharge)

Overpriced for the services you get. Bedroom of suite 209 had a quasi "window" that was facing the inner corridor (see photo). No breakfast included in the room rate (surcharge €15 per person). Extra charges for (some) sunbeds at the private beach @ €150/day. Staff are not client/service orientated.

Party Hotel; no Kids at the pool, staff unfriendly and check the final check carefully!!!! Nowhere was mentioned it’s a party hotel. Musik at the pool was way too loud, like way too loud. Kids at the beautiful Pool are no allowed. Staff don’t speak Englisch, or very bad and they are the most unfriendly people we have meet so far in Albania. Everyone else is super friendly. Check the bill before checkout and the currency you wanna pay in. Our was completely wrong.
