This quaint beach cottage is the perfect island escape. The spacious kitchen opens to the back patio for great outdoor living. A beautiful pool and spa invites relaxation and fun in the sun. The living area has plenty of room to watch movies or play cards. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable. This quaint street is so close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, but most importantly, it is just a few sandy steps to the beach! MAJOR RENOVATION Completed by March 2024: The wall in the living room will be removed to provide an open-concept kitchen with vault ceilings and a kitchen remodel to include new countertops and all new appliances. Both baths will be completely updated, and the master bathtub will be removed and replaced with a walk-in shower offering double shower heads. New paint was used throughout, and all popcorn ceilings were removed, as well as new ceiling fans, TVs, and lighting in all bedrooms. A door to the pool will be added to the master bedroom, and a second refrigerator will be available in the laundry room. The backyard has a paver patio extension, and furniture upgrades are throughout. The kidney-shaped pool is 12 ft x30 ft. • Fire Pit • Free Wireless Internet • Gas Grill • 4 TVs PROPERTY CONFIGURATION • 3 Bedrooms • 2 Bathrooms • Sleeps 9 • Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All vehicle parking must be located on improved surfaces, like driveways, and cannot be on grassed or landscaped areas. • Square Feet 1,362 • Washer/ Dryer • Fully Equipped Kitchen BEDDING BREAKDOWN • Bedroom 1 - 1 King • Bedroom 2 - 1 Twin over Queen bunk bed • Bedroom 3 - 1 Twin over Queen bunk bed PROPERTY REMINDERS • Private *heated pool & spa (This pool & spa has a gas pool heater and can be heated for an additional charge. The weekly pool heat cost is $775 - $1275 plus tax, depending on the season. If you would like to heat the spa only, the weekly cost is $225 + tax.). Kidney shaped pool is 12'x30'. • Pets are not allowed. • * 4 adult unisex bikes are included in your amenity fee when booking. This house was wonderful for our party of 5. The pool and hot tub were great! It was 2 blocks to the ocean and close to shops and restaurants.

Great house on a quiet street. Short, direct walk (5 minutes) to the beach. The pool is top notch. House is immaculate. Perfect location. Short walk/bike ride or 2-3 minutes drive to Coligny shopping center area. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Short walk to the beach. We used a beach wagon since we had a small child with us. The pool was awesome with an outdoor shower with hot water!!!The house had everything we needed. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend renting this home.

The house and location were both excellent and vacation company was easy to work with.
The only thing keeping me from 5 stars across the board were the ac vents into the rooms were dusty - a small thing for sure but may have contributed to our allergies.
Overall we enjoyed our stay quite a bit and look forward to opportunities to stay in the future as both the house and location are great for our family.

We really enjoyed this rental, it was perfect for spring break. The location is fabulous and within walking distance to the beach and downtown area (or a short drive).
The only thing that was a bit of a sticker shock is the cost to heat the spa and pool. Apparently it’s all propane so be prepared to pay 1k to heat both the pool and spa. We paid for it and it was worth it, we just weren’t expecting it to cost so much.

Great pool and hot tub, awesome location.
The ONLY bad thing was the living room is sooo dark! We had to move lamps around to play games in the evening. The bedrooms also only have bedside lamps. But otherwise we loved it!

The beach is a relatively short walk and it's nice and shady. We made the walk several times a day with our almost 3 year old. We had a wagon (highly recommend with kids) but he enjoyed walking too. The beach is not as crowded as Coligny so that was really nice.
I think our house was done earlier than 4pm but I never received a text or saw a confirmation in the portal, so I thought this part was really confusing. We had stopped by the house around 11:30 to grab our rental chairs and umbrella and there was a manager there who seemed to be inspecting the cleaning. We didn't talk to her since she was on the phone at the time and we didn't want to interrupt her. We just assumed we'd get a text or something when it was done. After we didn't hear from anyone, we finally showed up at 4 and the door code worked, so we assumed we were good to enter. Definitely would've been nice to know if it was done earlier so we could've had our toddler nap after a long day of travel.
I did happen to notice that there was some trash and dust under furniture, just because I have to look under those things for any lost toys. Otherwise the place was clean.
The pool area is so nice but it is shady most of the day, so the water is cool and we did not use the pool like I thought we would (we were there last week of September). We definitely would've used it more if our toddler had been interested, but he surprised us and just really loved the beach instead. I'd probably recommend getting it heated if you want to use it a lot and the air temp is high 70's/low 80s. There's also an alarm for the sliding door to the pool, which was a nice touch for families with kids. There were some pool rafts for babies.
The only thing that would stop us from staying here again is the beds. They are so uncomfortable. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night. Some memory foam mattresses would be a great investment. Otherwise, the place is great. Management communication any time we called was great and they were nice.

Quaint house with amazing resort back yard.
Great location, great house, great for a single family. The pool, hot tub, and entertains area of this house was amazing. Highly recommended. The town with all the shops is a short bike ride away.

Fantastic property within walking distance to the beach. We had the beautiful pool and spa heated for the week in March and it was perfect. The Vacation Company was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this property for friends or a family.

The property was close to the beach and had a heated spa and pool. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. It is close to eateries and a market so everything is within walking distance.

Adorable house. It was very comfortable for my family of 5. Everything you would need for cooking, grilling included. The grill was super clean. The pool was INCREDIBLE. The pictures don't do it justice! The walk to the beach was short, and my older kids were able to walk to Coligney several times to shop. We will be back for sure.

Great stay at wonderful house!
We had the best time here! The location is amazing, just a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, quicker on bikes. The beach is so close and the walk really is effortless. The best part is that it doesn't get crowded because there's no public parking for it. The pool and spa area is great, our almost 3 year old loved the shallow part where he could walk around and splash. And whatever mattress topper they have in the master bedroom, it felt like I died and went to heaven. I would live here if I could!

Family Oasis near beach
This location was perfect. Was close to everything. A 2 minute bike ride to the beach and 2 min bike ride to shops and food. The best part of the property was the backyard. The pool and spa setup is perfect. The backyard is a perfect family oasis with a fire pit on cooler nights, grill for seafood and again a perfect pool with both shade and sun during all parts of the day.

Very nice house
The house and its location were perfect for what we were looking for. The only issue we had was the pool heater was broke until a two days before we left. Still waiting on refund for heating of hot tub. Other than that issue everything was great.

Perfect Hilton Head home for famiky
This Home is incredible, the pool is steps from the back door, it’s a short walk to the ocean, and the house was impeccably clean when we arrived. With a easy code to access the front door or check in process was contact free, and we had no problems throughout our stay. The swimming pool is much larger than it appears in pictures and it’s awesome for young children. We intend on going back here every Labor Day weekend from now on
