This home was perfect for our group of 6. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which is wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. Close to grocery and Walmart. A great little town to explore. Nice breweries and restaurants. Clost to Breck and since we only had 2 skiers it was nice to be able to be dropped off at the slopes in a few minutes.

Took a ski trip to Frisco, located conveniently outside of Breckenridge and seconds away from I70. The property was much better priced than staying in the town of Breckenridge itself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made this sibling getaway, one to remember!

Everything was great. Extra linen were located in lower level closet that would have been nice to have written on the welcome sheet. The fire place in master bedroom did not work, but it was ok since the furnace kept it very warm in the cold days. Kitchen/living room area was very spacious and easy to cook and enjoy family game time. Very responsive to questions and accommodating to our issues arriving with the bad weather.

The spot was perfect! There was carpet in the bedroom and part of the bathroom which was very dated and disrupted in places

Excellent property with a garage for all of our bikes. Check-in was flawless and all instructions were provided ahead of time. The management company was excellent, checking in with throughout the stay to make sure our stay was comfortable and arranged. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen that can be used for cooking big meals for our group. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for a big group. Plenty of space to stretch out. Well Done!!

We loved our time at this great place!!! Well stocked kitchen, great amount of space, loved it being off the lagoon pond - the kids came out and fished every morning! Wonderful balconies and amazing central location!
Things to note - lots of stairs if you have babies or elderly. Could use a 6 seater kitchen table for size of condo - had to take the outdoor patio chairs. Would love patio chairs on master deck! And master bed perhaps a mattress cover that’s not plastic bc it makes noise every time you turn.
Would definitely stay here again and plan to!

The condo was beautiful with everything provided for comfort with a wonderful well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again. The representative was friendly, helpful, courteous and checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed.

This place couldn’t have been more perfect for our families. We planned our trip so we could all be together in the mornings and evenings for meals and the Lagoon was great for the kids. Our days were spent on the lake, hiking in the mountains and riding the train at Georgetown.
On packing to leave the grandkids asked if we could come back next year.

Only 4 dining chairs in a unit meant to accommodate 8 people.
We had to assemble baby gates on arrival which took a while! Totally necessary as there are 3 staircases off the main living area.
Only the main bedroom has any drawers or shelves to put clothes.
The 2nd king bedroom was in the basement. Very tight quarters. Same with bathroom.

Convenient Location
Clean unit. Nice to have a bathroom for each guest. There was no mattress pad on two of the beds which was disappointing. I email the property manager and received a reply that someone would be in touch. I never heard back. Thankfully there is a Walmart nearby so I bought my own. Nice location, nice amenities, and clean. Just wish the communication were better.

Good Location
Location to ski and town were very good. However, one toilet backed up three times, no extra trash bags for containers, upstairs & downstairs access doors to outside did not lock, only 4 people could sit in living room as two of the chairs were unusable( we had 6 people) Rug in master bedroom was so worn that it curled in areas creating a tripping hazard. Rug in bath area was extremely dirty. This would not be a choice for elderly or knee..leg issues as only access to mail floor is a flight of stairs. Hot tub & pool area were extra clean and well maintained. A concern that is just part of the heating system but should be addressed in the listing is the fact that when running it has a continuous ticking noise that at night kept several of the guests awake. The only room that did not have this problem was the downstairs bedroom. Sounds as if I am being overly picky but these were things that affected our stay. Overall due to the many issues we would not stay again. Diana Dutchman

This is a very nice property with a newly remodeled main and lower level. The upper level appears to be in need of the next renovation project but it was comfortable and as pictured.
The kitchen is very well equipped and had nice appliances which made the stay enjoyable. The beds and linens were all comfortable.
The biggest issue for sleep is that the two bedrooms closest to the front of the unit both have some strange and loud heating unit (we think) noises that were pretty constant throughout the night so that made it hard for the lighter sleeper in our group.
This unit has lots of stairs so if that’s an issue for your group beware. It was not an issue for us but I wouldn’t have very young toddlers or older adults here.
All in all this place was as marketed and PMI Breck was a great and responsive property manager.

Didn’t receive the check instructions but called uo the property manager who let us in 2 hours early -

The first night the heat did not work but they promptly came and fixed it the next morning. However, the heating system for the rest of our stay made lots of noise and it was difficult to sleep thru the noise.

We stayed here with our two sons, their wives and a 3 yr old grandaughter. There were plenty of rooms for everyone. The pond behind the condo was fun for our grandaughter and she caught (and released) her first fish. The location was great to visit Brek, A Basin and other areas. We could walk to many restaurants and two breweries.

Check-in was easy, the middle and ground floor are updated, the top floor is older but huge and functional. Communication with the owners was quick and accommodating when a property maintenance issue came up. The location and view over the pond is great!

Centrally located property…. v close to Dillon and Frisco marinas.
A few minutes drive from Main Street which has plenty of cafes and restaurants.
The home has 4 rooms and bathrooms and has plenty of space .
The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and napkins ( great quality ) and bathroom amenities.
The kitchen had everything needed for light to medium cooking.
Sufficient cutlery and crockery for a large family.
The kitchen appliances are practically new and there was just enough stock of basic spices.
The living room overlooks a small lake and also has a huge TV.
There is a club house but we were too busy running around to use it.
There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a 1 mile radius.
Overall the stay was great and I would definitely recommend this property.
