Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. The bathroom is located outside of the kitchen so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large tiled shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light! --LIVING SPACE-- The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a elegant queen pull-out couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance. --BUILDING AMENITIES-- Although you may be tempted to hang out on that comfy living room couch for your entire stay, don’t forget to check out the building’s fabulous amenities. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay. • This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site. • Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. We frequently travel and were surprised to find the number of non VRBO waivers and ID requirements and card photo requirements required. We went with it as we booked within 7 day. Just cumbersome. The u it was lovely and the location nice. The noise however was the repeated theme. The first night was a hockey party after 10-MN and the next day it was residents/guest using the hallway as a conference room at 1030 w babies. The monday morning we were woken by construction at 0730. The parking is great the property is lovely. The overall experience is poor. We are Londoners and used to just living w noise but this was acute. Not the fault of the owner - but we felt we had to sign our promise repeatedly to not behave this way and did not get the same courtesy. I’d give it a miss or just live with it going in!

I love this place so much that I did not want to leave. I could live there forever everything you need in one small space the safety, the convenience to location a comfortable bed I can’t recommend this place any higher than a perfect 10.

The apartment was smaller than other units I’ve stayed in and the shower door was unusable. We had to climb over to get in

Perfect spot for us to enjoy our family and visit the city of Minneapolis! We especially enjoy the noise policy and it’s very quiet all around, except…check the construction disclaimer if you’re planning to sleep in during the week! Saturday and Sunday were peaceful, Monday morning we were startled by awake by the construction next door! A great place to stay other than the noise!

Great location and VRBO! Stayed here to catch a couple Twins ballgames. The stadium was an easy walk from the VRBO. The VRBO was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would/will return again.

The space and location were lovely. Communication and accessing the space was a little bit frustrating. On face the system makes sense: you request the property on VRBO, Minnestay then pushes you over to their management system, you sign up with them to get access to door codes and other contact information, and finally all the fancy tech should work so long as you follow the guidance exactly as they require. It just became a bit of a headache needing several logins, an app, sms messages, and to top all off the parking pass wasn't working properly when I got there. It all worked out in the end and their customer service is great, just make sure you are comfortable navigating your smart phone and multiple communication options.
