This beautifully designed unit will tick all the boxes and provide a fantastic home away from home for your holiday. Featuring three bedrooms, open plan living and dining, kitchen and a covered balcony with alfresco dining and splendid views of Jervis Bay. The unit is equipped with a lift and air-conditioning - just some of the extras that will make your holiday comfortable. With one of Jervis Bay's most popular beaches right at your doorstep, this home is truly a beach holiday dream come true. Enjoy a cuppa watching an early morning sunrise over Point Perpendicular, or entertain family and friends on the balcony in the afternoon. 204 On The Beach is located in the heart of Huskisson and only a short walk to local cafes, restaurants and shops. There are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Sleeps 6 guests Bedrooms 1 - King Single x 2 (King Available on request) 2 - Queen 3 - Queen Port-a-cot & highchair available: Yes Bathroom Shower, vanity, toilet. Shower, bath, vanity and toilet. Kitchen A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso Virtuo Plus - BYO Pods). Living Flat screen TV, a comfortable lounge, 2 arm chairs, dining table table seats 4, 2 breakfast bar chairs and ducted air-conditioning. Outside Outdoor entertaining area has an outdoor setting for 6, 2 cane chairs and a gas BBQ. Linen Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Pets This property is not suitable for pets. Other There is are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Strictly no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Lovely, secure 3 bd unit close to beach and main Street of Huskisson. Well equipped kitchen and extras provided like coffee and some condiments. Board games, and playing cards a handy addition during inclement weather.

We love this property, it was a shame the house next door had a party going till midnight the first night with loud music. Otherwise couldn’t fault it

What a great apartment. Super clean, well looked after and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable with lovely linen and doona. All products were of a high standard and every detail was thought of. Lots of special gestures such as a bottle of bubbly, chocolate and local nut mix. Balcony was large and had a spectacular view of the beach. The apartment was in a perfect location, just a short walk to Huskisson shops. The hosts were fantastic and answer all our questions immediately. We will definitely be back!

This is a reasonably new apartment with a lovely view... unfortunately located next to a construction site. I could almost reach out and touch the scaffolding on the building site next door, it is that close. I was woken at 7am every morning by workmen with drop saws, hammers, power tools, the rattling of scaffolding, loud conversations. I had a lovely view into the site managers office.

This is a reasonably new apartment with a lovely view... unfortunately located next to a construction site. I could almost reach out and touch the scaffolding on the building site next door, it is that close. I was woken at 7am every morning by workmen with drop saws, hammers, power tools, the rattling of scaffolding, loud conversations. I had a lovely view into the site managers office.

Thank you to property owner providing a partial refund due to very loud construction noise next door that was supposed to be completed by the time of our stay. Apartment was clean and in a very good location close to the beach and Huskisson shops, movie theatre.

The facilities and location are great. The apartment is new with uninterrupted ocean views. Perfect for a relaxing week away. The only downside is the wifi is poor which is acknowledged in the owners manual (reality is it’s virtually non existent!) - which is frustrating with 3 teenagers !

Nice apartment, good location but not kid friendly. Couldn’t relax as I spent the whole time worrying about my kids dirtying the lounge etc
