This house was so elegantly decorated as if it were in better homes and garden. Master bedroom Bed was comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked.

The property was beatiful and comfortable. Very spacious. Close to downtown which has amazing shops snd some good eateries. Recommend highly. The nest for temp contol was a little tough for those not quite savvy enough. Thank( Goodness for 30 something children

This property lived up to our expectations. It's beautifully staged and accommodating. The house has ALL the things one needs to cook and serve and that was very helpful on our stay. We especially appreciated how easy it was to set an alarm overnight. The owners have set it up to where one can easily remember the codes for the entry and alarm and that was comforting as we were women staying in the house. We found the bedroom and bath linen clean and there were plenty of pillows and blankets available. The street this home is located on is very narrow. So using the garage came in very handy. We parked a small suv and a larger crossover vehicle inside. Each bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and blow dryers. There were cleaning details that need addressing, but it wasn't a deal breaker as we were capable of working with that. We had an amazing time together with friends and family and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We rented the property for two guests visiting from Houston and Fort Worth. The home was lovely and better than described. The location is in close proximity to the center of Boerne yet still provides a quiet space.

From the minute that we walked in, we realize this was going to be a wonderful home to enjoy our weekend festivities. It’s a great location, there is a great coffee shop two blocks walking distance and you can walk to the main downtown part of Boerne.
I would definitely stay here on our next trip.
The host were available and very responsive to any needs that we had.

This house is so cute! Everything you need. Decorated so cute, did not miss a thing. The coffee nook in the master bath is amazing!!! Quiet street close to downtown and all the shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property for a weekend getaway with the family. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures and we never experienced any issues during our stay. All of the rooms were clean and in a great area close to Main Street, made for easy access to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend to others.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the house was great - very clean, new and nice. Kitchen was stocked extremely well and even had laundry supplies and little conveniences like multiple charging cords in each bedroom. Wish there were tv’s and fans in each room but the AC works great. Would stay here again for sure.

House was clean and beautiful. Host made extra effort to have a BBQ available for us. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. All three bedrooms were great. Excellent place to stay, we took trips to SeaWorld and Six Flags each were about 30 min drive away.

Great house nestle in a quiet neighborhood that is great for infants, or small kids that need peace and quiet at night. Big enough to have your space, yet small enough to utilize all aspects of the house. I would recommend this place to my friends, family, and even strangers because that is how great this property is!

We stayed here during the week leading up to my daughter’s destination wedding in Boerne. What a wonderful house! It was close to everything in Boerne. The house was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The washer and drier was essential. There is a nice little patio out back to enjoy morning coffee. It was a very pleasant stay.

This is the cutest place! Perfectly decorated. Very clean property. It was welcoming, comfortable & adorable! Will definitely stay here again. Perfect location to run over to Gruene and Fredericksburg. Close to stores & gas stations. I could not have asked for a better place. My entire group was so impressed. Ladies ranging in age from 65-80 years old!!

Very nicely remodeled home, impeccably clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Great location, not far from downtown Boerne. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. It was very obvious to us that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into this rental and wants their guests to have a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property is just as listed, actually bigger than expected. Just a short walk from Main Street on a quiet residential street. Decorated beautifully and so clean. Would stay here again if visiting Boerne! We enjoyed it very much.

This house was stunning and chosen in part for the location but also the natural light and decor that was the wedding photographer and videographer’s dream! The house was immaculate and looked like it was a Chip and Joanna Gaines home! We enjoyed our stay very much and the convenience to downtown Boerne! The wedding venue, The Oaks at Boerne was 20-30 minutes away but well worth it.

This home was beautiful and well laid out - there were four of us (2 couples) that enjoyed the convent location in Boerne. We could easily had another couple join and still have plenty of room. We were in town for a wedding and were able to enjoy going to wineries and coming back to enjoy a relaxing evening together! Would love to stay here again!
