We are not near the beach, we are ON THE BEACH! Don't rent a dated beach house many miles away from everything wonderful Galveston has to offer. This beach house is located close enough to town yet far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Want to share the rental with another family? You will not be fighting over who gets the best master bedroom...there are two master bedrooms! There is ultimate privacy as each level, connected by an outdoor staircase, boasts its own living area. The beds are heavenly, the sitting areas spectacular, and the view...breathtaking. Don't like the sand? Send your kids to the beach while you sit on the deck drinking margaritas and view them from your throne. There are four lifeguard chairs and an outdoor table with chairs on the deck. The beach is literally steps away. Like to BBQ? Grill from the privacy of your own deck with amazing views of the ocean. Like to fish? No worries ... many ... many ... many fish have been caught just steps away from this house! Who needs a pier? Love the sound of the ocean? Open the huge sliding glass doors and the ocean comes to you. We designed this house to take FULL advantage of beachfront ocean living. You will know exactly what we mean when you rent this house! Are you celebrating something special? Many weddings, holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries have been celebrated here. This house can become a very romantic getaway for just the two of you or perfect for more than one family! Enjoy!

Wonderful to sit on the upper deck and watch and hear the ocean. The house was very clean, but needed some work on the electrical outlets. One outlet stopped working after the second night and sometimes the lights would flicker when the dishwasher went on. Overall a very enjoyable stay and beautiful ocean view.

We had 2 families staying for a week during spring break and we caught a rainy week so we spent more time inside the house than we would have expected. The house has everything you need, and lots of furniture to spread out in the living room, and the separate living area downstairs lets you have further privacy. This is our third stay at Bermuda beach and we love this strip of beach because it’s so quiet and never crowded. The hosts are extremely kind, with very quick and detailed communication. The outdoor shower was so nice to have. We’d definitely return!

Our group was 2 adults and 10 teens. The layout of the house was perfect for teens to feel independent of the adults with their own space (the entire downstairs) and gave some respite to the chaperoning adults! The main floor had enough seating for everyone. The kitchen was on the smaller side, yet completely functional. When the property states "on the beach," they mean, "ON THE BEACH." The entrance to the public beach was 20 or so steps from the driveway. The deck was as great as pictured, with plenty of nice seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The neighbors seemed super nice as well and even offered some shovels to the kids who were on the beach for the day. All around a great stay. The parents and kids all had fun -- lots of great memories made. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Eric R. for your responsiveness!

What a great property! Right on the beach with accommodations that fit just right for us. Half our time there it was just the two of us, half the time we had family come down from Houston. The lower level had three double beds and a bath with privacy. Upstairs two bedrooms with access for those downstairs by outside stairs. Nice kitchen, and Eric was responsive to any needs. Thanks Eric!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! Eric was incredibly resourceful and very communicative. The home is in need of some tlc in a few spots but you cannot beat the location. When they say beachfront they mean BEACHFRONT! 4 rooms (2 up and 2 down) and a bathroom on each floor (not in any room so easy access when sharing the home) which hosted our 8 adults comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap to cover 8 adults for a 3 day weekend. There was plenty of seating options both up and down and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Honestly my only criticisms were the cleanliness and outdoor shower. I know its an outdoor shower but its in serious need of some repair. Youre expected to use it so as not to track sand inside but there was no way I was using it so I just brushed the sand off my feet with a towel. Also the house was not clean upon arrival. Now this is not on the owner as I know they outsource the cleaning but it should be addressed. The sheets in the upstairs master had stains, there was a yellow ball (maybe dog toy) behind the bed with some candy wrappers indicating that it had not been well swept, the kitchen floor had not been swept, athrooms mirrors had finger prints and soap scum in them, upstairs bathroom had hairs in the shower, and we had to re-wash several pans as they were put away dirty. We also noticed that the a/c vents might need changed or cleaned because each wall near the a/c vents had dust and dirt on them. It blows into the rooms when the a/c is on and then because of the humidity it sticks to the walls. Unfortunately when the air then cools or dries it falls onto the beds and furniture. We arrived 20 minutes before checkin but waited outside to make sure no one was still cleaning so our early arrival did not prohibit the things above. It just felt like a rushed job and for $400 per night basic cleanliness is expected. If you can get the cleaning crew to take better care of your home then you really do have the best house on the seawall.

The house fit out needs for this short vacation away. We had plenty of space for everyone. The deck and view are amazing. Access to the beach was spot-on. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great place to bring my dogs for their first beach experience.

Great location with no vehicles allowed on the beach. The views from the house were beautiful. The beach was clean and not crowded. We had some issues with the WiFi and other items but Eric the owner was prompt to respond and sent the property manager to come and fix the issues promptly. We enjoyed our stay and our fur babies loved the beach. As a bonus the house comes with a Keurig and had everything we needed to cook our meals.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Front row on the beach. Just steps away from the beautiful white beach. Amazing upper deck. All the amenities you need. We had 5 children and 5 adults and we had more than enough space. Sleeping downstairs and upstairs. The kids had their pick where to sleep. Plenty of toys for the beach and plenty of games in the house. Well worth the price. House host was quick to respond to any questions.

The view alone made this house amazing! Literally 30 steps and your toes are in the sand! The bottom floor is not accessible from the top floor (only outside) which we were t expecting but honestly not an inconvenience at all. The outdoor shower was a great plus after spending the day at the beach. Beds were comfy and plenty seating for everyone. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property! Home is away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful views and perfect location! Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked better than most rentals! Host was fabulous! Bathrooms could use blow dryers and travel sized shampoo/conditioners for convenience.
