Nestled in southwest garden, this charming house for $133 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Check-in 2: P M or later. Check-out 11:00 AM. or earlier. The "Hill Cottage" has a fully stocked kitchen, large back deck, with table and chairs for outdoor smoking and dining outdoors. Pets? Yes- $20. fee. Mediteranium deep tub with glass tiles, triple shower heads, one being a large "rainshower". It has skylight windows, a newer pillowtop memory foam queen size mattress, and gleaming white faux marble ceramic floors. Completely private, quiet, restful, the perfectly clean place to relax and explore the delights of the Hill. Extra sheets and towels, blankets, a large walk-in closet to hang your clothes and store your suitcases out of sight. A huge T V. , Wifi, easy key entry, self check-in. Best privacy. Lush with plants, flowers, and greenery. Host available next door if you need help with anything. Plus we have "instant book" and we're moderate with easy cancellations. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away. If you are pressed for time I could wash and dry and put your clothes on hangers for you. Park on the street in the front of the brick-front house or nearby. To enter the cottage, just walk up the short, lighted driveway and through the unlocked chain length small gate. At that point you can see the cottage. We like to briefly welcome new guests, but we also accommodate self check-in . If you choose to check yourself in, the key will be on the doorknob,. There is a lockbox on the gate providing a spare in case you lose your key or lock yourself out. (Code provided after booking, along with ph.#. ) wifi code is posted inside. Pay owner for pet fees- 20. per pet per night. Please bring cash and pay on arrival. Less for longer-term stays. See John, Mary, or Aimee. Welcome to "The Hill"!

The cottage was very clean, cute, and confortable. It was a great location for everything in walking distance. The host and Co-host were great at communication. Very nice little welcoming place. I would stay there agian.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Cottage on the Hill and we fell in love with the neighborhood. We were in the heart of the Italian Hill. The smell of amazing food permeated the air as we were unloading our car. Fantastic restaurants, bakery, and local coffee roastery were all within walking distance. Our host was very kind and helpful. The cottage was simple, immaculate, and just what we needed. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful little cottage. The owners were very accommodating . The rental had most everything we needed for our stay. They even left complimentary snacks and drinks for us. Great area however parking in evenings was tricky, with limited space due to customers going to nearby restaurants and bakeries. Very walkable. Close to quite a few parks. Thanks for having us.John and Mary

We very much enjoyed this lovely cottage on The Hill. The host was awesome and took care of the small details. The path to the cottage is lit well with led lights and the inside of the cottage was cozy and welcoming. Centrally located on The Hill with a wonderful deli across the street and an easy walk to all The Hill has to offer.

Wow! What an awesome VRBO this was for our family! John & Mary did a great job welcoming us in and making sure we had anything we needed throughout the week. The space was exactly as described & spotless when we arrived. It was close to everything STL had to offer, while still having a small town vibe in a safe family friendly neighborhood. We would recommend this VRBO to anybody and cannot wait to be back. Great space, great hosts, great neighborhood, great city! Really a 10/10

My friend and I enjoyed our visit here and had no issues. However, i reccomend you drive a smaller vehicle as roads are narrow and parking is limited. Located in a good neighborhood and close to all the best food places.

This was everything it was advertised and more. The host was great. Worked with us with whatever we needed. The location was in the heart of an amazing neighborhood and a tremendous amount of choices for great food. True Italian cuisine. Definitely recommend everywhere we ate...Mama on the Hill, Rigazzi's, Zia's, Eovaldi's, and Vitale's Bakery. Thank you Mary and John, you will definitely see us again and again. Great place to stay while in town.

We booked this stay for a Morgan Wallen concert at Busch Stadium. The host supplied snacks and was very welcoming when we arrived. It was a little tricky finding the place when we arrived but the host was very good with communication. If we ever come back to St. Louis we will be sure to book with them again.

We loved our stay in St Louis. The cottage was a great home base for us. 30 minutes from our family and allowed us to check out the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Union Station, Gateway Arch and everything in between. We loved walking down to Shaws Coffee and having dinner at Mamas. Definitely would stay again.

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. The owner was so nice and had fresh fruit and other goodies stocked for us. The location was fantastic to get to so many places to visit and the restaurants in the neighborhood were amazing. We really enjoyed the hominess of the cottage. We would definitely recommend it if you are planning a visit to St. Louis.

The location and size was perfect for me, my husband and our puppy. We were in town for a Cardinals game. The house is behind the owner’s house and parking is on the street. but not in front of the rental. The owner’s son met us to give the key and for us to pay the pet deposit. He was very friendly and nice. We were tired from driving and trying to travel with our puppy for the first time so it would have been easier to check in with a lockbox. I understand why they want to physically hand you a key since the house is in the backyard. The neighborhood is cute and quiet.

PERFECT for our overnight stay. We had concert tickets at the casino so it was an easy Uber ride to and from the event. So happy it was pet friendly so my little dog could tag along and sleep in his kennel while we were out. Within daytime walking distance of some great restaurants. Dogs friendly neighborhood and lots of families out walking about during the day. Would definitely stay here again and explore the Hill a bit more.

Darling little cottage in great area on “The Hill” Great communication and check in! In fact, I was out & about & thought I had an extra day booked & received a call from Mary. I could have stayed much longer! I walked everywhere! To the grocery store 0.4 mile away, bakeries, restaurants, church, coffee shops. Lovely area, and felt very safe. Nice little yard.

We live a little over an hour outside St Louis and decided this year to Christmas shop and eat on The Hill for our anniversary. Mary's house was perfect for the two of us. Lots of privacy, the cottage is well stocked for guests. We had a nice big TV for when we wanted to be there and it was just nice and cozy. I would definitely stay again.
