Wouldn't Recommend this place

The location to stores, water parks and casino.

When he entered the location, it was like we were in the Ghetto. I was nervous and was disappointed about how the property looked from the outside. Outside the door to the unit has not been swept. Inside the condo was okay until we discovered the floors have not been swept and mopped. We had to throw away my granddaughter's white socks. It was black with dirt. Then I opened the microwave to use, and a cup was left inside, all moldy.(attached pic) In one of the bathrooms, hair was on the floor from the previous occupant. It was obviously not swept. Does not worth the money! Oh I forgot about the roach. I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before I booked.

Not bad

The apartment was nice and spacious. It had everything you need as if you were home

It wasn't as clean as it looked. I kept sticking to the floor when I stood up.

the location

the location very convenient. the property is very poorly maintained. they do not maintain it. The heating doesn't work. The bases of the beds are broken. The shower in the main room is broken. the table of dining room collapsed when we were going to dinner. my parents who are elderly were scared because it is a table that was damaged. The outside of the apartment is completely dirty. No one cleans and it shows. The manager was notified who said he was going to arrive and never showed up. pity. the property is beautiful but they do not give it maintenance

We liked that the location was very close to Mount Airy Casino.

It was cold and we couldn't get thermostat past 72 and temp of apartment was 66. The shower in Master Bedroom is broken water sprayed all over. Frying Pans to cook in really need to be replaced. The lower lock on front door needs to be fixed it was very loose and unsafe.

Condo from hell

Mount Pocono condo from hell everything in the Supposedly condo was Falling apart walls were dirty kitchen cabinets are falling apart door knobs falling apart bedsheets and towels were heavily worn out also found Roaches ….on Booking.com sad it had washer and dryer Didn’t see any washer&dryers and also no Wi-Fi.. so sorry to say but Never again would I take my family

Horrible property A bunch of trash all over the property never again would I bring my family to a place like this

Very poor

It’s got a lot of space

It’s disgusting had cockroaches and I believe bed bugs. A friend had bites on her leg from the bed we believe

Great Location

Condo itself was very nicely updated. Pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. Comfortable beds. Excellent location close to everything.

Since we were paying a cleaning fee for the stay. I would think the people before us had too also. Was not as clean as it could have been. Highchair which we did not need or use was dirty as well as 1 bathroom toilet, carpet could have been vacuumed. There was also a strong smell that we needed to purchase candles to try and cover up that did not go away the 2 nights we were there. The AC was requested to stay at 66 by the owner at times with AC on it got up to 75 and there was no cooling off. Could not get into hall closet where extras were. The door knob would just spin. Outside of the building is terrible.

Family vacay turned out great.

The rental is very convenient to shopping and activities. Although the exterior was unpleasant when initially driving up, the interior was nice and comfortable.

The couch needs to be cleaned, floors were dirty and the board games were dusty when we touched them. With covid 19 there should absolutely be a deep cleaning after each guest checks out.
