This is the second time we have stayed here. It is in a perfect location on the east side. Not far from Woolworths. Dogs are happy in the fully fenced yard. Easy access for elderly. Thanks Carolyn for a lovely stay again 😊

We had a lovely stay at Carolyn’s home. It is comfortable and all the rooms are a great size and nicely appointed. It is in a very quiet part of town, no traffic noise just beautiful birds singing. Very peaceful.

Carolyn was so easy and accommodating to deal with. Her home was the perfect home away from home for our group. Comfortable, clean and all the little conveniences like olive oil, glad wrap, bickies and breakfast provisions was so appreciated and made for a very easy and relaxed stay. My partner and I and our teens stayed here in January for the TCMF. The house is very comfortable and clean. Lovely cool place to come home to. Very quiet neighbourhood which is great. We're returning again next year. Loved it.

Recently stayed 4 nights at Lae Avenue Cottage and had a very enjoyable time The house is well laid out with plenty of room and immaculately clean. Bed are comfortable with good pillows The kitchen is well set up and stocked with every utensil you need plus the pantry has all the essentials including brekkie supplies Close to centre of town Deserves it’s excellent ratings Thanks Desley and Rob

We loved this cottage! Double secured garage, 3 huge bedrooms, big loungeroom, and everything you could possible want or need for your stay. The owners have thought of everything. It was definitely a home away from home. We will be back.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed for 2wks for a university placement and the house had everything we needed and was in a great location to town and our placement sites. Everything was clean and in great condition, there were even some fridge and pantry items for use which was a nice surprise. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was easy to find and use in the house. It was helpful that there were multiple sets of keys too. Would stay again!
