Downstairs has an open plan tiled living and dining, there is also a complete fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge. The property also features three bedrooms with the main having an open plan wall which gives you the feeling of space and not being enclosed between four walls and allows the natural sea breeze to flow through, there is also a ceiling fan and built in robe in the main bedroom. The bathroom provides a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a washing machine with the dryer located in the garage, there is also a clothesline for all those beach towels. The property provides water views from the sunny front balcony and offers outdoor dining on both front and back balconies, there is also a gas BBQ available. The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for your beloved fur baby, loads of room for them to run around, they will love their stay here. (Please note limit of 2 small dogs at this property).
