PILOT'S LANDING 4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 0 Pets Description Welcome to Pilot’s Landing located right across from the pools and hot tubs at Coral Ridge. This centrally located St George Utah Vacation Rental is the ideal accommodation for the perfect vacation getaway for golfing in St George, hiking and exploring Zion National Park. You’ll also enjoy the water at Sand Hollow Reservoir or your sparking swimming pools at the clubhouse. Coral Ridge has recently added another pool for all to enjoy! This St. George, Utah Vacation rental features 2700 sq. ft. The home has a main floor master suite with soaking tub and large separate shower. The master has a door to access the patio and a large grass area. The kitchen has all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, blender, griddle, popcorn maker, with seating for 8 at the bar and table. The family room is open to the kitchen with great seating and a flat screen TV You will also enjoy off the family room are all the things you need to enjoy an evening sunset, two outdoor tables and seating and a BBQ. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, two car oversized garage, half bath and full capacity washer and dryer finish off the main level. 1st Master bedroom - 1 King, 2nd Master bedroom - 2 queens, 3rd bedroom - 1 queen, 4th bedroom - 1 queen, pack n play, 2 foam chairs flip into twins. Extras! High chair, iron, ironing board, Pack n play, hair dryer, patio furniture, and BBQ. There is a large assortment of games and other activities the children can do if they don’t want to spend all their time at the pool that is conveniently located less than 100 feet directly across the residential street. There is also a fishing pond across the street. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, clean, and the rooms were well arranged. The location was perfect for us. The owners were very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family retreat.

We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon! The place is very open and roomy, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great location and the communication with the host was excellent. We stayed with two other families and there was plenty of space for us all. We have stayed at a few other places in the area and enjoyed them all, but this is our favorite!

Very beautiful condo. The condo was beautiful and so perfect to stay in. Lots of room for the family. It was right crossed the street to the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub. It was about a block away from the stocked fishing pond.
My family was very happy with this condo.
The host was awesome. They text me a few days before my stay to let me know some information. When ever I had a question I would text them they would get back with me quickly.
Overall I would definitely stay here again, I would recommend this to family and friends.

This property in Washington Utah was the perfect fit for our family. It is a lovely townhome with lots of room and many amenities. The pools were great for the kids. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. We’ve stayed there twice now and hope to be able to stay again !

A great Thanksgiving adventure
We had a great stay in a very family-friendly home for Thanksgiving. We were impressed with the setup from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic cookware you would need. The rooms were spacious and decorated tastefully. The bathrooms were clean and included shampoos, conditioners & soaps. The home is located across the street from the clubhouse. Our kids were over there all the time to play games, work out in the gym or swim. The only downside was the thermostat was locked and set at 70*. It would not go higher. It was a chilly week in St George, and my mother-in-law had to wear her coat in the house or have a blanket wraped around her. The rest of us wore sweatshirts all the time. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay at this home again.

The Perfect Rental
Paul’s home was perfectly clean and organized. My husband had to work from this home for a few days and the wifi was great for his zoom calls. There is a finished space under the stairs with toys for young kids. They had a cabinet full of games, puzzles and books for all ages! My 9yo son likes to read at night and we forgot our books. But this home had plenty of choices for him! The owners also provided a binder with lots of info about places to eat, things to do, and places to hike! This home is spacious with 4 huge bedrooms with beds and seating areas. Only the master bedroom and living room has a tv, which was perfect because then we spent time together as a family, instead of plugged into TVs in separate rooms. Huge plus! There are cozy, soft pool towels, as well as extra linens and blankets. There is a grassy spot in back to run and play, as well as several small balconies where you can sit in the sun or shade and enjoy a book! The pool house is across the street with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, which was fun for us! The pool was heated too. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, and appliances. Every bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner. I really love this neighborhood and I really loved this house!
Bonus is that Paul was great to work with and easy to contact. He was always a quick text message away. Paul and his wife love this home and it shows in all the little details and comforts they have added. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

We loved our week at Pilot's Landing. This is our second time staying there and we already have our third stay booked. It is clean, well-stocked and you absolutely cannot beat the location - the pool is literally steps away! There is plenty of space to spread out, the beds are comfortable and there is a washer and dryer as well. Beach towels are included. We relaxed, swam, saw School of Rock at Tuacahn, played games, played in the sand dunes at Snow Canyon, watched a lot of Olympics and so much more!

Wonderful Stay
We loved our week at Pilot's Landing. This is our second time staying there and we already have our third stay booked. It is clean, well-stocked and you absolutely cannot beat the location - the pool is literally steps away! There is plenty of space to spread out, the beds are comfortable and there is a washer and dryer as well. Beach towels are included. We relaxed, swam, saw School of Rock at Tuacahn, played games, played in the sand dunes at Snow Canyon, watched a lot of Olympics and so much more!
