You will love this charming condo right on the Gulf of Mexico! Professionally decorated with impressive finishes, Mistral 10 is a place to sit on the balcony and enjoy warm gulf breezes and sunsets. This stunning 2nd floor unit is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinets, fixtures and granite counter tops. Tastefully decorated and comfy the living room offers leather seating, 47" TV and of course Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a king bed with beautiful bedding and a plush mattress for a great night’s rest. To complete the pampering experience, the bedroom has a wall mounted 32-inch flat screen TV, for late nights and lazy mornings. The built-in bunk beds offer their own area, as well as, a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. The luxurious bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk in shower. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer is in the unit. This well-maintained condo offers complimentary beach chair service March 1 through October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella will be set up on the beach for you, weather permitting. Mistral Condominiums are located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. * Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer season. * Complimentary beach service; 2-chairs/1-umbrella: March 1st to October 31st (weather permitting). * Parking for 1 car. * Sorry, no pets allowed.

I would not rent here as I feel they have poor business practices. Sadly, I got Covid 2 days before my trip and was told “too bad too sad” and lost my trip and all my money. I was looking to reschedule for the off season or some voucher. Nope! Nothing!!! Just “get the insurance next time!!”

We had 4 units in our party, 3 of the 4 had issues. Our fridge was out and oven didn’t work properly. Small fridge that was supplied froze what food it would hold and wasted most of our groceries. That isn’t acceptable, should have replaced the fridge in the condo. Probably cheaper than having it fixed to begin with!

Have stayed here twice. Condo is great and can’t beat location and view. One thing…items in condo are sparse…no salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also only 1 wine glass, which is fine if only one person drinks wine lol. These are just a few small things that don’t really affect the stay, just would be nice if they were provided. Btw, beach chairs are included.

We got a beautiful view, very close to the beach. We didn't get a sparkling clean, luxury-level stay (which is what the price would indicate). The fridge in the unit wasn't working and no one told us, so we brought five days' worth of groceries that didn't fit in the mini fridge that had been left for us. We didn't have enough ice for our cooler or for cold drinks the entire stay. Management wasted the first two days not getting back to us on a repair or an additional fridge, which never happened anyway. We had to go out every day of our vacation to buy food and ice. The unit had bugs in the kitchen and bathroom, rusty rickety trim on the deck outside, an ancient and uncomfortable mattress, and everything was in crummy condition. We did receive a small refund, which wasn't nearly enough to make up for our disappointment.

two preliminaries...
my wife and I have stayed in Destin before but have never stayed in 30A...
I don't usually write detailed reviews like this but felt I needed to here...
the good - the property's location can't be beat...oceanfront, private beach, great ocean view from back deck (although to be honest this would likely be true for many properties along 30A)
the bad - promised WiFi sporadic at best, mostly non-existent...constant rebooting of modem (often failed)...dropped calls/missed calls and texts...TV often didn't work ...non-WiFi internet non-existent (possibly due to ocean?) so WiFi extremely important...other renters encountered same issue...responses to other reviews blame provider...doubtful, most likely cable or wiring needs replacement
the ugly - property management...took two days to respond to WiFi complaint...said they would "come and look"...someone "came and looked" at modem, did nothing and left...no further response...back deck sliding door impossible for my wife to open and hard for me...was asked if I removed safety bar (seriously?)...no further response...never reported other minor issues...what was the point?
would recommend for location...unit was nice...I suspect there are other properties in the area that would offer the same thing for the money (or less)

Very clean and adequately supplied. It is a bit dated but still very nice. The location is perfect. Private beach is maintained by beach crew, No worries about being overcrowded. The internet name and password in the Guide was incorrect. I found them on the router sticker. I wish our stay had been longer!

Absolutely incredible view of the gulf !!!
But unit is small and dated. My wife slept in the hall bunk bed after the first night because the master bed was so uncomfortable. Bedroom closet was full of stuff so could only hang a few things. No place in bedroom for your clothes. Sliding glass door is quite difficult to open/close. We were celebrating our anniversary but there was only one wine glass. But the view of the gulf was fabulous!!!

We had the best experience! Rental was clean and nice. We had everything we needed. The only thing i might change is the mattress. The cover was crinkly and could have been more comfortable, but honestly, we’re already planning to book here again!! We absolutely fell in love with the place. The only reason I would hesitate in sharing this place was out of pure selfishness! I don’t want the secret of such a gem to getOut! Looking forward to next year!

Perfect location
My husband and two kids had a great time at Mistral. This was our second visit and we plan to visit again. The views are amazing. The unit was clean and we met some great families. Highly recommended!

The only thing missing (and thus the overall 4-star rating) in our otherwise perfect vacation was good internet. It is old and outdated.... in a constant state of going on/off our entire stay. It would be very hard for someone who was there trying to get any sort of computer work done. The view was incredible, beautiful and comfortable furniture, clean, etc.

This 1 bedroom was perfect for the two of us. Nicely updated and the view was outstanding. Highly recommend. Kitchen could use a few extra wine glasses but otherwise a well stocked kitchen.

I’ve been coming to the seaside area and renting through Garrett realty / benchmark for 5 years. Each time I stay it is a pleasant experience. Because of covid, and the fact that florida did not have any mandates and was “100%” open I didn’t feel safe staying too close to seaside. Luckily, the mistral condominiums was a little further off the beaten path but still very convenient to the grocery store and restaurants proving takeout services. The view from the 2nd floor was amazing, unfortunately while we were there a pipe broke In the building, and so we were without water for a half day (we didn’t know why we didn’t have water) but they were quick to respond and fix it and we were able to flush again and shower that evening. It’s always been an extreme pleasure to stay at these rentals, and everyone is so respectful and easy going. One thing would recommend bringing garbage bags, they only supplied one and so that was a pain to have to buy yet another item, it’s pretty basic and I would have expected there to be at least a few? I’m pretty used to having to buy / bring everything down to the toilet paper at these rentals, so if I visit again next year I guess I’ll add standard garbage bags to the list. Everything worked well although we couldn’t find the blender top, so were unable to make smoothies, but not the end of the world. Also the screen door rubber was off so it made opening it pretty much impossible, but we just ended up not using it. Overall not big issues, and the view is so spectacular!

Great location. easy access to and from beach. However, the room did have cockroaches and when speaking with property manager they were rude and unwilling to fully refund the trip for next year due to us not wanting to sleep with bugs. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend this facility again.

Memorial Day Weekend
Got this place for some girlfriends and I to spend Memorial Day weekend and it was great. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed a a Mistral Condo and it was fantastic as expected. Ideal location and so easy to just walk on the beach. Love coming to Mistral!
