Enjoy your desert getaway in Sunny Maricopa AZ. in this gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 bath + office single story home. Located in the Rancho El Dorado community on a corner lot near the Duke golf course. Every room is redecorated with all new carpet, paint, and brand new furniture in each room. The large open floor plan includes an inviting kitchen, seating up to 10 people. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. The connecting family room includes a comfortable and cozy sectional and 58" TV with Roku and plenty of other streaming apps. There is a formal living room with two cozy chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing. This room is open to a dining room with a large round table for extra seating, cards or games with your family. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk in closet and 43" TV also with roku. The master bathroom includes a large vanity with two sinks, soaking tub and large separate shower. Also included a separate door to the back patio and pool. The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two beds. Each room has bedside table and overhead fans. The main bath has sink, toilet and tub/shower combination. A private office/ 4th bedroom is right off of the living room and the house is equipped with WiFI. The cozy couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The doors close off this room for privacy as well. The backyard patio has table and chairs that provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour, with a new propane grill for backyard dinners. The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants. This is a beautiful place to spent time with your family, book now! Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!

Our trip to Maricopa was to visit our son and the grandchildren. What a wonderful home for all of us to enjoy! We absolutely loved the pool with the hot weather. On breaks we played games, foosball, and baked cupcakes. The home has every amenity you need and the location is easy to travel around Maricopa. The owners responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

We had a lovely stay at this home, Mike was very helpful the day we arrived, we had questions and he was able to resolve them right away. The home was well supplied in the kitchen, lots of pots and pans, plates, silverware etc.

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Large heated pool with a lot of pool toys, and clean well stocked home. The foosball table was fantastic, as was the The Duke golf course and clubhouse. The nearby Southern Dunes golf course is also one of the best kept secrets. The only negative is that we had to leave!

We had a 5 day stay, the house was spacious, comfortable and a great location for all of our activities. The pool is fantastic. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to messages very quickly. We hope to stay here again on a future trip to Maricopa.

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, updated, CLEAN, comfortable, and cozy. The heated pool was fantastic. The yard is private. We loved taking walks through the friendly and quiet neighborhood. Mike was available to answer our questions and had great communication with us before and during our stay. We added on an extra day to our trip and Mike was able to accommodate us. The house has all the comforts of home. Loved the extra touches like the magnified mirrors in the bathrooms, the cozy throw blankets, cool couch tables, and beach towels for the pool. Overall, this was a wonderful property and host. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was clean, safe and walkable. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, etc which made cooking exceptionally easy.

The whole experience was fantastic. The owner is very responsive to you. The house is exactly as pictured, nicely decorated and feels like a home. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need when preparing meals. The pool area is very nice and refreshing. We swam every day! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It is also very clean and all the yards look well taken care of. Will definitely use this place the next time we visit the area

Great stay in Maricopa
The home is large and spacious. Everything available to cook and be comfortable. We used the pool quite a bit, mostly early morning and evenings due to the heat. Owner was very responsive to questions. Thanks for opening up your home to us.

Was a great place to relax after playing golf in 115 degrees
I think the pool needs to be cleaned and chlorine added. It was a great place, The grill was also good, one of the propane tanks was empty, we used the one from the firepit. All in all the folks that stayed there had a great time and was very pleased with our stay.

Pool was a lifesaver as it was in the low 100's all week. The owner was great to work with, helpful and responsive. Maricopa is a nice growing area with plenty of places to eat or buy groceries. I definitely recommend this place. :)

Very nice house in nice golf course community. The house itself and pool area was very clean and well appointed. The owners had a car in the garage, so we were unable to park in garage as stated in VRBO. Otherwise, everything as advertised and communication with owner was very responsive. The community has playgrounds, bike paths and very wide sidewalks for walking. Conveniently located to grocery stores.
