Mila's Place is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on the North side of Lake Ouachita in Story AR. We can accommodate 8 guest with 3 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress. Come hike or bike the Womble Trail, Lake Ouachita Vista Trail or the Ouachita Trail. We are close to Ouachita and Caddo Rivers which are both great for kayak and canoe floats. Take a day trip to Hot Springs and enjoy everything it has to offer.

We had an amazing time staying at Mila's place at the lake house! The lakhouse is gorgeous exceptionally clean plenty of things to do in the house. Lots of space for everyone. A very calm and serene place perfect for a weekend getaway!

Very quite ,neighbors are friendly You need more than 2 days to explorer this area. River is excellent A place to be if you like to get away from a metro place. Will come back with more time to stay. Great place to bring your kids and family

We visited during a heat wave and burn ban so couldn't fully enjoy the property, but it was beautiful and comfortable. It was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and towels. We really appreciated that there were fans in the house as that is an amenity that is often missing from rentals.

We had a great time this weekend. It was so peaceful, and the cabin was wonderful. It has everything you need and more. It was cozy and comfortable, exactly what you need to relax and get away from the business of life and enjoy time with your family. Mrs. Deana, had everything perfect before we arrived.

This home is great. The host is even better. Had a couple of questions and got immediate responses. The home is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying some time in the woods. If you want to hike the trails, visit Hot Springs, dig for crystals, this is the spot for you. My son found a really nice crystal on the Crystal Springs hiking trail. When everyone was tired we went back to the house for R&R. The host includes snacks, apps for watching movies, board games, a fire pit and fire wood... everything you need for a great family vacation!

Very quiet neighborhood, owner left snacks on the table, and cinnamon rolls in the freezer which was very sweet. Would tell friends about staying there if they would want a place to get away. We woke to deer in the front yard every morning.

The pics don’t do this place justice if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world. The spacious back porch is the perfect spot for your morning cup of Joe or for a peaceful spot to read/relax or for family get together and a night of board games. The fire pit area is a great place for the kiddos (and adults) to have a wiener roast, make a s’more (or two) and sing a note. There were all the little extras you appreciate, like a coffee pot , coffee and creamer, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. I can see us coming back every year for our nearby family reunion and again for a immediate family retreat.

Very spacious 3 bedrooms with partially fenced back yard. Huge back deck with hammock swings, wish we had time for the fire pit and marshmallows! Lots of play area for kids and balls. So close to lake and crystal dig sites we wish we had a few more days to spend. Best hostess ever! Thank you Deana for all the great extras in the kitchen.

We had a great experience at Mila’s Place. It was super clean and off the beaten path but not hard to find. Very quiet area with lots of woods surrounding the property. Plenty of space to play outside and enjoy the fresh air, nighttime fire and morning coffee on the back porch. Inside was spacious enough for our family of 4 including a teenager and a tween. Kids enjoyed their own spaces for sleeping and we had all the amenities we needed including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot! We went into Hot Springs for lunch at Diablo’s which was really good Mexicali that offers patio seating. We also ate at Steinhaus Keller which is a must if you like German food and German beer! It does take a bit of time to get into Hot Springs from this location, but it offers serenity at the end of a busy day. I could have sat on the hammock swing on the back deck all day long and just enjoyed the sights and sounds of nature. Maybe next time!Thanks for a great place to stay!

This is place where I would love to return any time. The property is spacious, very clean and perfectly organised with everything that a family would need for relaxing. But the most beautiful thing was to look from the windows at all the trees around the house and the fallen leaves. This was a perfect autumn escape. Close to the property (20-30min drive) is the ouchita lake hike. A very nice place for hiking with kids.

This was our first trip to Arkansas and we loved our stay. The place was very clean and the beds super comfortable. Our kids had a great time roasting marshmallows, playing board games and eating snacks out host left for us. We can’t wait to go back!
