This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ocean front Cottage has just been lovingly renovated and updated and the pictures don't do it justice, it's actually prettier in person! Take in the beauty of the ocean view from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Have your morning coffee or tea on the large ocean front deck. Play yard games while preparing a meal on the gas grill or just relax and take in the view. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, take a trip to downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy a stroll along Historic Centre Street. There are diverse restaurants and shops filled with antiques and local artists works. If you enjoy outdoor activities, visit Fort Clinch State Park, go fishing, kayaking, biking or horseback riding on the beach. Amelia Island has much to offer so come check us out. Our family has rented this house 2 years in a row. We have been very pleased with the space and cleanliness of the house

The house was clean, we had a bit of a delay checking in, they could not find the keys ( hour late 5pm) the bedrooms were good but the living room only had a sofa and two chairs in an odd location. They size of the room is good and if you had 6 people you could not gather in the evening or Morning in the main room with out using hard dining room chairs. This could be Easley rectified by properly funishing house for 6 people.

We spent 4 nights and 3 days at this beautifully renovated home in April. We made constant use of the decks from coffee in the morning outside the primary bedroom, to dinner on the large deck to a quiet glass of wine at the end of the boardwalk. It was a very relaxing time with our teenage son and my father. We loved the proximity to the golf course.

A perfect respite
We spent 4 nights and 3 days at this beautifully renovated home in April. We decided on a last-minute getaway and love Amelia Island. We looked up a few properties and within weeks we were able to book this one. Newly renovated in a great location. Very nice and has their own boardwalk ramp
to beach. Would prefer them to include enough household items throughout my stay, rather than just 2 days worth, like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. These should be standard.

Great ocean front house
Loved the house- perfect for a small family or a few couples. The house is right on the beach and the our morning walks were awesome. My only complaint was that the beds and pillows were a little firm and my husband and I both had some sleep issues but otherwise we will be back again!
