Quiet cottage in Pines,

About this cottage rental

Pets must be approved by landlord. Our little cabin reminded me of summer camp the first time I saw it. The 'sleeping porch ' was hung with canvas roll up curtains. The cabin was built around 1930. It has been upgraded over the years. The sleeping porch is now the eating porch, with large double pain windows. We have left a few of the original divided-glass windows in other rooms, just to maintain the old time charm. The kitchen is small, with microwave, toaster oven, blender, stove/oven, refrigerator and coffee maker, of course. Recently the kitchen got a new cot of paint and change of color. We provide starter TP and paper towels. Guests have commented that the California king bed is very comfortable. There is a deck at the back of the house. The cabin is a cozy place for two people who want to relax in a quiet (pine tree) neighborhood, or hike the many trails in this area. The cabin is one mile from down town restaurants, shopping, and our famous Whiskey Row. Prescott is centrally located if you want to explore our beautiful county. A photographer’s paradise with an average 360 days of sun and brilliant blue skies.
