The house is spacious and accommodated our group o 20 with plenty of room. Plenty of parking, we had 9 cars. The kitchen is amazing. Well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Plenty of room in the dining area for eating and playing games. Theater Room was nice. Plenty of bedrooms. Hot tub was clean. We did see 4 black bear running up the hill outside the dining room window, so they are there and close. I would ask that more information be provided what is there such as Keurig coffee maker. Coffee(pot) maker is a small 2 cup size. Inform renters to bring bathroom amenities including hand soap and shower gel. Either provide more toilet paper or bring extra along. All in All it is an excellent place and would highly recommend it. Close to Park Entrances and not a far drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This property was perfect for our time in Gatlinburg to celebrate the holidays. There was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 16 and the property had plenty to keep us entertained. We were even fortunate to have a bear sighting, from a distance of course.

We felt comfortable the minute we arrived. 15 of us enjoyed our time together. Everything worked as advertised. Our host promptly took care of every need and was gracious from the time of booking through our departure. A bear family came to play in the yard twice, and we observed them from the high deck. Everyone was thrilled. A great stay!

We were all very well accommodated. We had 2 elderly people with us and they have 2 bedrooms just inside the house convenient to the kitchen and living room with a large bathroom to share for those two rooms so that was perfect. They didn't have to walk far. We always draw numbers for the rooms so the room upstairs was the 1st one picked. It has a large bathroom with 2 big bedrooms upstairs. The 2nd one picked was downstairs- you go through the movie room into a large bedroom with a bathroom. The rest of the rooms are grouped together in a hallway off the dining room, each with their own bathroom and we got one of those, which was perfect for everyone- there is not a "bad" room in the house! We were all very comfortable. We had a few minor issues that were addressed so quickly- great response from the manager. Day one I went to get food just to find out I missed the bear walking across the back yard- I was so disappointed. On the last day we drove up to another driveway and right in the middle of the road was a mama bear and her baby- they saw us and just slowly got up and walked into the woods! It was awesome! Beautiful view from the large porch. We had 4 vechicles there with plenty of parking. It was a great vacation for all of us!

We had our reflection and planning retreat for work and this was the perfect location. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and great outdoor space. I took all of my adult children and their families for a 4 night 5 day stay for Christmas! The cabin was perfect! Everyone was so impressed with the accommodations and the kids didn’t want to go home!!! Highly recommend!

Wow. I cannot recommend more highly you staying at this cabin. The management was impeccable and incredibly communicative. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless. I will never bring another big group to Gatlinburg without looking to stay here first. Telling every friend I know to stay with Smoky Stays after this.

We had a big family vacation with 25 people from all age groups. The property had something for everyone to enjoy. The best review I can give is the only complaint I heard about the house. A young adult complained that we did not get enough time to enjoy the whole property as we had planned activities in and around Gatlinburg each day. That and a complete meltdown from a 3 year old when told it was time to get in the car for the last time and go home.
