Was happy with interior but very disappointed in exterior. Pictures on website didn't match what we experienced in person. Especially backyard. Fence had holes, shed was rusted and falling down. Screens falling off of several windows, floor in sunroom tiles were broken, furniture not same in sunroom, screen door out to pool broken, pool dirty, electrical poles and lines had weeds and weeping willow growing on it, WI FI didn't work half the time no house # anywhere and code lock very inconvenient. Had to put in code EVERY TIME WE LEFT AND CAME BACK . Also why did I have to pay a cleaning fee but yet we were told we were to clean the dishes, take out trash and put all towels in bathtub . We didn't even use 2 of the rooms. Host was nice and informative but he needs to get this place in better shape or not charge so much. Would like some type of refund or will not recommend this property in the future. Thank you

Darryl was awesome and immediately responsive.
The only downside is the couch in the family room you can't sit on it. The one in the fireplace room was way better so we switched them from for our stay.
Pool and house was comforable and easy access.
There are a few planks missing on fence and a shed that needs to be torn down with the roof partially off but didn't impact our stay at all we had a blast. Porch door didn't close completely but it rained every afternoon typical in fl so no bugs.

It was OK. We were close to our Altamonte family and there was room enough to host our grandsons bday party. The house was certainly in a convenient location.
A few cons….. all of the furniture was rough…. Nothing was comfortable or we were afraid items would break. The pool really needed cleaning, the rusted shed was quite an eye sore and also seemed to be the hot spot for the areas feral cat population. Not really their fault, but the ADT app was awful and crashed constantly which left us locked out of the house.

Darryll was very kind prior to our arriving and when we arrived he was available and helpful. The house was spotless and beautiful!
Unfortunately, the last day ended with disappointment and I therefore can not give a 5 star review. My recommendation for future guests - if the host sounds ok with late checkout - please request it in writing to avoid any 'miscommunications'.
Other than that I highly recommend this house and the host.

Darryl was such a wonderful host very helpful evening willing to help us with a couple extra days in another location if we decided to stay longer, very kind and the home was very clean and organized we had 5 adults and 5 kids and we were very comfortable and slept like kings and queens in those beds even the kids beds thank you for everything we will be back

Great for what we needed, but a few issues.
Check-in was pretty straight forward, downloaded a security app- and was able to alarm and access the house quite easily. The house was clean and tidy, although the smell of air fresheners actually deterred some family from completing their stay here. It was so overwhelming, I could taste it. Not sure if they were trying to cover up a smell? I had to unplug all of them for the remainder of our stay. Some of the decor, like the yellow chairs in the family room were quite stained, brown. The fence in the backyard was broken, half falling down. There were motion sensor lights and I believe stray cats kept setting the lights off, so in the middle of the night- the lights kept going on and off, on and off.
For what we needed this place for, close by to other family, it worked. The renovation of this space was really nice, there were just a few things that needed some work in our opinion.

In the reservation the departure was supposed to be at 12:00 pm, we had the bad experience of leaving in a hurry because the housekeeping person was there from 11am, also the landcare people cutting edges and us getting dust. I wrote to the owner and he only replied that it was an error in the VRBO system

Friendly owner who was very accommodating and accessible. We were looking for a relaxing place to stay for a college drop off. Fully equipped. Had a few quirky elements and was smaller than envisioned, but definitely served the purpose well.

Pros: Entering the property was super easy and I loved that it had an alarm system so I felt like all my belonging were safe when I would leave. The house was super clean. Im someone who doesn't really like to stay at hotels/other places but here i felt comfortable and at home. The European decor was super cool. The Queen beds and futon beds were comfortable. Contact with the property manager was great.
Cons: I was taken back a bit by a few things. Online it says 'No Smoking' which anyone who would see that would think no smoking in the house no problem. But when i got to the property there was a sheet saying all the rules and it said 'No smoking on the premises at all and if there is evidence of smoking we will be charged $500' if that is the case then it should be clearly stated online in the description that there is no smoking on the premises at all. Both my parents smoke and if I would of known that I wouldn't of booked here. They had to go smoke in the street becuase they were afraid of getting charged $500 for smoking on the premises. If the property owners don't want cigarette butts on their property that's completely understandable but the sign made it clear that they didn't want smoking on the property at all regardless if they were clean about it, which my parents are. The bunk beds were bad. The 'mattresses' were so thin you could feel the bars though them, they seemed like mattresses that would be used in jail. The kitchen wasn't equipped very well. We stayed here for a week and were hoping to cook meals at the house but there weren't cutting boards, mixing bows, baking sheets etc. A lot of basic things needed for cooking wasn't provided. Also they made it clear that if anything was broken by us we would have to pay for it but when we got to the house there were a lot of things already broken and that made me nervous the blame would be put on us. The veggie bin in the fridge was messed up, a coaster that was broken was left out for us to use? I think there was other things but I can't remember. Lastly, there was a lot of religious things in the house. Im not against religion nor am I religious but I would think if you're renting a place out you should take stuff like that down? It might offend someone who believes in something else besides God.
Overall I enjoyed my stay but I think some changes should be made to the property and that they should clearly state in the description section that smoking on the premises isn't allowed.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a house that allowed us to be as close to an at home experience as possible. This property was perfect! From the fully stocked kitchen to the accommodations that allowed us to “work from home” and have room to get wedding ready without concern. Loved the layout & the European decor!
