Davide was a wonderful host, so helpful and nice. Apartment was clean and the perfect size and location for our family of 5. I would highly recommend staying here!!

this is such a great location. it was so clean and Davide was so helpful. he met us outside when we checked in and made it super easy to get settled and find the place! we were 2 girls staying here and it felt very safe. would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my family! there’s definitely a steep set of stairs, so beware if your party is older. it is also very convenient to walk to the train station!

This apartment is wonderful! It's in a perfect location with restaurants right outside the door and the beach about a 5 minute walk away. It's a little over a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment itself was super clean and decorated beautifully with plenty of room. The kitchen has all the necessities. The bathroom is spacious and updated. You can tell the owner takes pride in his property. He met us when we for arrived and showed us around the inside. The outside door is street level but once inside you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the apartment door. We were two couples in our 50's and we all were happy we chose this apartment to be our base while exploring Cinque Terre.

This is a great apartment, accurately described and shown in the pictures. It is right in the center of the old part of Monterosso and there are many cafes and shops very close by. (By the way, having now visited all 5 towns, I now believe Monterosso to the the best town by far to stay in). And the host, Davide, is great, as mentioned in the other reviews. Great communication before the stay and he met us there to get us in and show us around. He made reservations for us and generally checked to make sure we were having a good time. Highly recommend.

Davide’s place was a lovely surprise. While right on a bustling avenue, the accommodation was quiet and cool. Very clean and a great location. Perfect for a family with two adult children.

Upon arrival our host had his son meet & greet us at the apartment. He left us with fresh lemons on the table & a full bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is so very charming with everything you’ll ever need while on vacation. It’s in a perfect location, as it is close to everything. We can’t wait to go back there again!

Davide was such a wonderful host - helping with places to see and restaurants. The apartment is lovely - in the middle of town. The beds are comfortable; the shower is great. We enjoyed fixing breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen and eating at several of the great restaurants in the blocks nearby. The gluten free pizzas downstairs are delicious!

I can’t say enough about this charming apartment in the center of Monterosso! It’s perfectly located, providing easy access to the train station (and the other villages of Cinque Terre) while allowing you to feel like you’re immersed in this historic community. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, with a lovely sense of humor! The shop keepers and restaurant owners were friendly and happy to share interesting tidbits about life in Monterosso. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed… we were so pleased to stay here! Highly recommend!

We, three senior ladies, were delighted with our stay in Monterosso. The area is amazing and the accommodations at Monterosso Home were just what we needed. A coffee maker and supplies got us off to a good start in the morning, The space was lovely, just as described, and most welcomed after cramped hotel rooms. Knowing we could do a bit of laundry midway through our Italy travels allowed us to pack for our whole stay more efficiently. Davide was easy to communicate with, a wealth of knowledge enhancing our stay in the area, helpful in every regard. 5 stars for certain! One more thing, there is a real, fully functioning hair dryer, awesome! Those little things make a big difference. Thanks, Davide!

Very stress free experience renting this property .

If I could give six stars, I would! The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the location was perfect. The host, Davide, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He communicated with us thoughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Davide was the most communicative and helpful host I’ve ever had. He provided so much information for the area, restaurants, and other sites, as well as transportation information that was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is amazing. It’s in the heart of the city, but very quite. We will recommend this place to all our friends and highly recommend to anyone reading this!

One flight up, off of main pedestrian street. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. large living/dining/kitchen space. Close to everything. Limited view (looks at building across narrow pedestrian street, no windows from bedrooms. Congenial, helpful owner. Would recommend.

Davide was a wonderful host, guiding us through WhatsApp through the rail strike causing our delayed arrival and his informed restaurant recommendations. The location is in the heart of the town, in a 700 year old building and on the second floor, above a terrific pizza place. Descending down the stairs from the spacious unit, you are in the heart of Monterosso. You literally cannot find a bad meal in town. Davide provided a lot of great recommendations, many of which we used although some required more planning for reservations that we didn't have. The flat was roomy for our family of 5. The the amenities were more than sufficient, we used the a/c, clothes washer, etc. We felt a little weird about hanging our clothes on the line, despite the authenticity, because people waiting for a table at the pizza place were just feet away. Would not hesitate to stay here again, next time preferably for a month or more.

Centrally located in a great place. Very clean place and host was extreamly flexible with arrival times based on train delays. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Monterosso but it won't be our last. Davide was especially helpful getting us situated, calling us a taxi, making us feel welcome. The place was great, with many thoughtful amenities like coffee, clothes pins, paper towels, etc. The place is very comfortable and conveniently located in the quaint old town. It was our favorite stop in our multi city vacation!

What a fabulous flat in Monterossa al mar. Davide was a great host, from the time of booking until we were leaving he was in touch offering advice and making sure our stay was good. The flat is in a great location, in the center of old town, near train station and beaches. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the very well decorated flat. Highly recommend Davide and his flat, you will be well taken care of!

My family and I stayed in Davides property for our Cinque Terre part of our Italian vacation. Could not recommend the property more! We had a great and comfortable experience staying in the property. Loved the quaint antique decor- really felt like we were immersed in the community. Central to everything. Really enjoyed washing our clothes and hanging them out to dry like the locals. The bedrooms were spacious for our family of 5, equipped well and very comfortable bedding and beds. Very gracious host- friendly, helpful and communicative. Would stay here again in the future!

There is no dishwasher though and since we ate there quite often, that would have been a nice addition. We managed though! My husband and I slept in the smaller bedroom, and it has no window to the outside. That is just something to be aware of if it is important to you. The bathroom is beautiful and very well appointed. The apartment is located in the ideal area…eateries and shopping are right out the door! Well, after you go down the stairs! The long front windows open onto the delightful activity below…a very wonderful Italian experience at your fingertips! I highly recommend staying here! I do think some dedicated luggage racks in the apartment would be a nice addition. Having said that, I also think those traveling here, might want to be careful on how much luggage they bring…less is better! To sum it up, we loved being there! Thank you so much, Davide!
