Overall, it was a good place to stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Most of the interior of the house has been updated. Nice to have TV's in several rooms. The converted garage into a bedroom was large and good for the kids, though the window coverings didn't cover the windows so it was fairly bright whenever there was sunlight (even early in the morning). The exterior, pool, screened enclosure, and deck need significant updating. Because of the cold (for Florida) weather, we didn't use the screen enclosure much but might have used it more if it was nicer. The grill on the back lanai was great. Overall, it was good for what we needed but could use some considerable remodeling in certain areas (like what several neighboring homes were doing while we stayed there).

Plenty of room for two+ families. Back porch and pool are totally screened in together. It was well appointed and a quick ride to the beach. They even had two mini fridges on the porch for extra drinks
We would stay again. Heck I would buy it for my family.
Just 2 notes. The golf course hole is really close in the back yard. You will have visitors in the yard all day and golf balls bouncing off the trees and screen. We just gathered up the good ones for ourselves and waved at the golfers. Also, bring bug spray. Without it we were unable to enjoy the back porch after dusk. We just went to Publix and bought some yard spray and coated the area every 4-6 hrs if we were outside.
We had a good time and would return.

House had some good amenities, good location, and nice to have our own pool. Backyard to the golf course was nice as well to drink a coffee and relax. Nice nighttime lighting at the pool. Fun outdoor area to hang out. Beds were comfortable, has everything you need including beach towels. One of the rocking chairs outside did break under my friend and was just thankful they were not hurt, but was just old and with the pool/rain/heat the wood was soft and rotting. Ran out of toilet paper too so had to buy some our own.
Thanks again for a cute place to stay in such a wonderful location.

This was my first house that I reserved and i reserved it for my 14 family members , we all were so happy and overwhelmed how much space this home has , and having a pool inside the home was a bonus, and the beaches were like 10 mins from us big time plus ! House was so welcoming ! The owner was so nice when I spoke to her about my concern !

We celebrated my mom and sister's birthday and we needed a big place for family and friends. This was great for this occasion and the location was perfect! Lots of room for big group.

There is a great diversity of spaces. The sheltered pool meant it could be used all day and no one was sun burned. The kitchen layout allowed for group cooking. We loved the house and our time there.

Felt like home
When I booked I didn't even look at the reviews, but on the night before we left I did. I got really nervous after reading the last one. I think that she must have stayed somewhere else because everything she said was total opposite for my family and I. The pics represent the home and what you will get. There is one room that the Brown leather couches were at, but they have changed them out with other couches. Still very nice and very comfortable and more seating than before. All the rooms were wonderfully decorated and beds comfortable. There were plenty of seating inside and out. The pool was very clean. It was a tad cold but if you use the poolcover at night or go to beach for the day leave it on all day. Pool will get warmer. There was plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook meals with. The first night we arrived there was no propane and we had just spent 11 hrs in the car down there. The host was very responsive and and we had a new propane tank within about 30 minutes. My family and I made memories we will have a life time and we all felt very at home there. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable week

OMG- where do I begin? First of all, the pictures draw you in, but the place is nothing like that in reality. My husband talked to the owner, who lives out of town; and she stated you could park your RV and 8 cars in the drive way- WRONG! The owner’s RV is parked in the driveway so if I did bring my RV, it would not fit. The furniture on the website, is not the furniture you get when you rent this house.
The chairs at the dining table and the bar are hard and metal, extremely uncomfortable and I could not sit in them. The owner’s brother brought me another chair from his home, but what about the other people in my family? We brought alcohol, we had to go to Dollar Tree to buy proper bar ware. The furniture throughout the house is old, and worn out, cleaning has a new definition in this house. Various things had stains and spots on them-the throw pillows, comforters, rug in the bathroom and family room. The inside could use a coat of paint, in EVERY room. The pool was nasty, the owner stated that the pool person had just left from cleaning it, but it was green, dirty and the pump was not on. My husband cleaned the pool. The grill was filthy. We called the owner and she sent her sister to clean it, but she did know how, so the sister called the brother. The brother changed the propane, but the grill WAS NOT cleaned. He told us we had to burn off the food and then we could use the grill. Needless to say, we did not use it. The oven was atrocious. The owner’s sister turned it on for self cleaning, which took several hours and it stunk up the whole house. For the first night we could not use the stove. We had to eat out and open all the doors to air out the house. Plus my sister-in-law had to clean the residue out the next morning. Lucky her!
The screen enclosure for the pool was ripped and had green algae growing on it. It could use some pressure washing and plenty of TLC. My husband found 2 live lizards in the house, he threw them out. We opened up the refrigerator, and the bottom fell off. There are 3 bathrooms, no soap in either one of them. Most of the light bulbs in the master bedroom were blown. We had to go buy linens from Walmart for the beds because they were dingy, and had hair and stains on them. The pillows were flat and badly stained. (It’s REALLY time for some new ones.) There were no face clothes in the house, fortunately, my husband bought some dish clothes from home, and we used

We came to this property with multiple families and children ranging 6-13. There was plenty of space for everyone. My only real complaint is the pool. It was green and cloudy when we got there and only continued to get worse. By the last day I would not allow the kids to get into it because of the smell and condition. I was told someone came to change the pump but never saw anyone nor did the dogs indicate someone came. Pay attention to the dryer and make sure you use high heat (red star) or it won't dry anything. All in all though, great house, short drive to the beach and we enjoyed ourselves.

I was truly skeptical on renting this house due to the mixed reviews or not having recent reviews. I have lots of pros and cons for this trip.
Pros- Perfect location, 5 mins to beach if that! Property manager was easily accessible and helped with what she could. Kids loved the pool. Updated kitchen. Pretty view of golf-course and privacy from neighbors. Patio is the best part!! Enclosed, music and pool what more could you ask for! 😀
Cons- Not a whole lot of pots, pans, kitchen supplies, No coffee, limited spices, utensils, paper towels, etc. (deff different from other VRBOs that we’ve stayed it) Not complaining but want to be real so people know what they are paying for. Grill didn’t work (I was talking with property manager about it and we choose not to use it after) pool did get green about three days in but she had the pool people out the next day! (Which was awesome) Needs a little better cleaning and could deff use some updating!! Not a whole lot of pool toys for the kiddos like it was described but with a quick trip to the store we took care of that (and left some for the next guest)
Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this house.

Awesome Stay
Leslie was so helpful when we discovered we had made a booking error and helped us move our reservation to this wonderful house. Pool was a much needed break from our long trip everything was clean. Right on the golf course near the beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. Tree frogs and lizards in the yard were a blast for the kids but I was grateful for the covered pool. It was just four of us but this house would be a real blast for a multi family group. Thanks for all your help!!

Good but not great
Every year I am the one planning and paying for my family of 14 to be together in one big vacation. This year was a little disappointing.
At our arrival, we found dirty floors, both air-mattresses were broken, and I had to run to the store at the last minute to buy one, because we were counting on at least 1 of them. They advertised 3 bathrooms, and it was only 2.5. Bottom of the pool was not clean and also have green mold around it.
In general, we had a good time, but I will not recommend this house for vacation time to anyone in my family again. My very honest opinion. :-(

Leslie was an incredible host! She was extremely nice and accommodating to our group with the check-in process and quickly answered any questions I had. The house was very clean on the inside and outside and exceeded our expectations. The pool was great and the outdoor patio was perfect for what we as a group were trying to get out of this stay. Overall 10 out of 10 for the stay. Would love to go back again sometime!
