This condo was perfection from the moment we got there! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of spring breakers and the view was even better than the pictures. We loved our morning coffee on the bistro style table and chairs on the balcony and the sunsets were spectacular! We were pleased with the cleanliness and working with Gina was effortless. This was a perfect 10 for us and we definitely plan to return to this lovely condo and fun beach area! The owners have a gem here and it was truly a relaxing vacation in the best spot on Fort Meyers Beach!

The condo was everything that was advertised as and as I expected. I arrived in the area before the 400pm check in and had gotten a message from the owners that the unit was ready. Very clean and comfortable and well supplied. The owners also reached out to me to see if I needed anything during my stay. Everything as I stated was as I expected and as was advertised.

The condo was clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful especially at sunset. There’s a short, easy walk to the beach on a paved walkway. We loved the plaza across the street. We tried several restaurants and did some shopping. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would go back in a second.

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler tote for the beach, heated outdoor pool, Internet access, books, comfortable bed, clean....Had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay, the owners were amazing with communicating.. the room was very clean and the view was breathtaking… anything we could possibly need was in the room from beach chairs to coolers, beach towels.. kitchen stocked. Absolutely no complaints, we had a very relaxing vacation.. highly recommend

Great location, great price, walking distance to good restaurants, the property was clean and fully equipped. Rental manager was attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The building was easy to get in and out, and no keys to mess with for the condo!! The view is beautiful. The condo is very clean! They have everything you could possibly need!! Our only complaint would be the mattress on the bed, it is very soft and you sink into the bed. Otherwise it is a great place!!! The porch furniture is great also!!! Wonderful trip!!

The condo was perfect for two people in a great location at the south end of Fort Myers Beach away from the crowds at the north end of the island during peak season. Condo was clean and the hosts gave us helpful information about the area. If you are willing to pay a little more for fantastic views of the beach and be close to the water then I highly recommend this rental for your vacation.

Where to start? This property & location was wonderful. Gina has to be the best host we have ever had, and we travel & use VRBO alot! Several welcome gifts were left for us. Thank you. So thoughtful and so nice to start the vacation with. This location is right on a very very nice strip of beach, where you can walk for miles & miles. We walked over 4.25 in one direction, so over 8.5 miles one day. Lots of very nice shells to find. Several very very nice resturants and shops right across the street. CVS as well. Very nice Publix just about 2 miles down the same road, so very east access. The condo had just about everything you could think of that you might need. From a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella....so well equipped! Awesome view from the condo. The king bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Couch was very comfortable as well! Decor was very tasteful! We loved it all. The complex is very safe. Code for elevator area, gate & door. We felt very safe & secure the entire visit. This was also probably the cleanest rental we have ever seen. Again...we have stayed in plenty. We love the condo, location, host, can't wait to return. You can't go wrong here!

On this our 15th anniversary, our plans were to cruise, as we typically do every February, to celebrate. That being impossible this year, I searched extensively online last Fall for a warm weather, relaxing beach get-away. My hopes were high, but from past experience, my expectations were average at best. How blessed we were to have found Beach Sanctuary Condo - a bright, cozy, exceptionally clean, well cared for beach front retreat! We knew little about Ft. Myers Beach, but quickly became familiar and comfortable with the island. Situated on the far less trafficked south end of the island, Sanctuary Beach Condo is ideally located for viewing a variety of birds, from the beach or right from the balcony. We especially enjoyed the comical antics of the pelicans. I’ll admit I was skeptical of the condo description saying dolphins could be seen just off the shore from its balcony, but wow - we saw them daily, usually morning and late afternoon. We found amazing food within a walkable distance from the condo, and fabulous seafood just a short drive away. Three mornings we visited Lovers Key State Park (just down the road), hiking its nature trails and enjoying its beach. Bought ‘triple tail’ filets at Doug’s Seafood Market, & had a delectable dinner while enjoyable the unbeatable view from our condo. We found the beach not at all crowded as we took several walks, collecting shells along the way. We loved shopping the Farmers Market across the street (Tuesdays, Thursdays) in Santini Marina Plaza, as well as its shops and restaurants; we found everyone to be cordial and welcoming. Finally. the sunsets every day were nothing short of stunning - among the few most spectacular we’ve experienced anywhere! Five afternoons we watched from our balcony; two afternoons we watched from the beach. I intend to post some photos on this condo’s Facebook page. But I course, our very special, simply perfect vacay could not have happened, without responsible, attentive, detailed, accessible, caring condo owners Gina & Eric! Excellent communication before, during, & after our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean (which is so important) & exactly as promised; We so appreciated the special anniversary gift bag & card when we arrived. The provision of beach towels, chairs & umbrella is awesome! The condo furniture, inside & out, was attractive and comfortable. Decor was perfect! Thanks Gina & Eric for everything! Can’t wait to return! ❤

We loved our stay here! Everything was top quality, including towels (plenty), beach chairs (2), beach umbrella, bed, furniture, dishware. Very clean! Generous supply of hand soap, body wash, dish soap and dishwasher pods. Owners checked a few times to make sure all was well. Plus gave a very thoughtful and generous hostess gift. We loved walking to Santini Plaza for meals and farmers market. And the view was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

My husband and I just spent a week at this property. It was super clean! Lots of drawers and baskets for our items. Great view of the sunset from the balcony. Easy parking and good location. Gina does a great job staying in contact and sending check in information in a timely manner and even left a welcome gift bag and card! Would recommend this condo!

This 1 bedroom condo was the perfect escape for our winter getaway! The deck provided a spectacular sunset view - we enjoyed the table and chairs there for our evening cocktails as well as morning coffee. The location was steps from the beach and pool, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and had all the conveniences of home in the kitchen. It was so helpful to have 2 beach chairs and cooler that we used daily. The owners responded to our questions promptly and were very helpful making our stay comfortable. We hope to return again next year!

This is one heck of a steal. The views are everything. Located right on the beach with views of both the gulf and the backwaters. The beach is technically public but you are located south enough that it's like your own Private Beach! The unit is clean, stocked with everything you need, nice pool and superbly kept grounds. The check in and check-out process was super easy. I will definitely rent this place again. Thanks for the great stay!

The Beach Sanctuary Condo is all that the name implies. The condo is decorated in beautiful soothing tones and has a very uncluttered feel. It was also fully equipped with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and was situated in such a way that it had great breezes off the ocean. The best part though, were the views at sunset. It was a great way to end each day. The condo owners were wonderful to deal with. They responded quickly to every email or text and were available for questions and were happy to offer suggestions and advice. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely rent the Beach Sanctuary again in the future!
