Seaholme is a very nicely presented 3 bedroom beach house located one street back from the Cowan Cowan beach and old war bunkers. In a quiet location this home boasts plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Deck front and back, bbq, good sized lounge area, kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Good sized family home for everyone to enjoy. The laundry is separate downstairs with an outdoor shower. This home will not disappoint, it has been looked after and is very well presented with everything you will need to 2 nights or 10 nights. This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area. Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
