冬は、廊下が寒い。 深夜まで大浴場が混んでいる。

Location is close to the train station but if you are walking from metro or shinkansen, it can be quite a walk (It took me around 10 mins from metro red line to the closest exit to the hotel). There is convenient stores nearby and also small express restuarant which is delicious and good price. The room meets standard of modern Japanese hotels. Staffs speak English which is really helpful.

仕事先に近く、ロケーションがよかった。 部屋、浴室は清潔にされている。 チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡単でよかった。

私には室温が高く、湿度は低くて喉をからからになるので、部屋に加湿器があったらよかった。 朝食は時間の関係で量は食べないことから、値段は高いと思います、また今回連泊したが食事内容が一緒だったので、日替わりメニューがあったらよかった。

I’ve always read about or seen TV adverts for APA hotels but I’ve never had the chance to stay in one until now. Man, I wish I had stayed in an APA hotel before now because I loved it! The entrance is gorgeous and the check-in was modern and straight-forward. The room was small but it was exactly what I needed. A double bed with a TV on the wall at the end. The bed was super comfy, the best I’ve stayed in for quite some time! The bathroom although small served its purpose, with strong, hot water pressure and a nice shampoo/rinse and body wash selection. The breakfast the next day was amazing and really set me up for my day of work.

The guy who helped me check-in felt a little cold, but maybe he was shy because I am a foreigner.

近くにコンビニもあり、アメニティも充実していました。部屋も比較的ゆったりしています。コストパフォーマンスは高いです。

部屋にお菓子が落ちていたり、お風呂の排水溝に髪の毛が残っていたりしたのは残念でした。そのほかがきれいなだけに余計にそう感じました。

新大阪駅の東口から出たらすぐでとても便利でした！ 施設もとても綺麗です！

チェックインやチェックアウトのやり方がQRコードだったり、ルームキーを返却するだけと簡略化されてて、ホテルの方とお話する回数が少ないため、ホテル慣れしてない者からすると分からないことを伺いにくいなと感じました。

大浴場が一番良かったです。

景色が悪かったです。

大浴場があったのが嬉しかったです！疲れていたので広いお風呂でゆっくりできました。廊下は外気に触れるので、部屋の換気ができてよかったです。一階エレベーターや大浴場のセキュリティシステムも安心できました。入り口が裏表にあるのが便利でした。

駅に近い方の入り口をわかりやすく看板など建てて置いてくれたらいいかなと思いました。

朝食おいしかった。 清掃スタッフさん外人さんでしたが 丁寧でした。

喫煙所があれば良かった。

駅からも近くロケーションは非常によかったです。 お風呂も深夜まで利用できて助かりました。

浴場に使用済みタオルの回収ボックスがあると便利だと思いました。

立地

牢獄みたいだった。 予約した人数で寝ることのできない部屋に通された。 その人数設定ではそうなる、と言われたが、逆にこれで寝れますか？と聞いたら、寝れませんねと鼻で笑われた。 グレードアップしたが、連泊だったので部屋を日毎に変えないといけないとのこと。電話で対応してもらい、フロントで精算済みにも関わらず、再度チェックイン時間を待たないと部屋に入れなかったし、経緯を1から話さないとカードキーももらえず、しまいには予約されてないと言われる始末。 フロントのスタッフの対応は、他のホテルと比べものにならないほどひどかった。 急遽で空いているホテルがなくしかたなく予約したが、ホテルのレベルを下げると、こうなるのだなと思った。 あまりにひどくて、予定を早めて連泊するのをやめた。

Everything. Location, affordability, and amenities. The room is typical japanese hotel rooms which is small but the space was maximized. All appliances needed are there. There is a public spa as well but sadly I could not go in there because I have big tattoos. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely value for money. Will book again in the future when we go back to Osaka!

I guess the public spa but because I could not go with my big tattoos. I hope that in the future, there is a private bath for people like I am or atleast for couples.

大浴場の脱衣所をまめに清掃して欲しい。

Junto a la estación de Shin-Osaka, hotel para gente de negocios (llegar e irse). Onsen para clientes en una de las plantas y lavadoras. Habitación bastante pequeña pero muy bien aprovechada (se agradecen las ruedas en la silla); tv enorme con VOD incluido y cama grande y cómoda.

Microbaño. Que la habitación la ocupa casi toda ella la cama, pase (anuncian que con hab. así salvamos la naturaleza...) pero con el baño se han pasado. El lavavo es también muy pequeño y emplea el mismo grifo que la bañera/ducha (ya lo he visto en otros hoteles en Japón) pero está tan metido en el lavavo que si te descuidas te saltas un ojo al intentar lavarte la cara.

Very convenient location next to the Shinkansen and other metro lines. Staff was very nice. The room though small had a lot of convenient things as extra toiletries and slippers.

Room was dusty (desk, bed rest) and was never cleaned, only toiletries were replaced diligently.

The location is superb as it is so close to the train station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around the vicinity.

The room size is small.. after opening my suitcase, I had barely spare to walk from the bathroom to the bed. The bathroom, tub and wash basin are tiny. There is no way not to splutter the floor with water after washing my face.

Great location and price. Easy walking distance from Shin Osaka station.

Rooms were quite small. Barely have enough space for a couple with two luggages

フロントでの対応が早くて良い。 朝、部屋に帰る前に会ったときの挨拶が心地よかった。 朝、ゆっくりと大浴場に入れた。
