Very comfortable bed. Access to tv channels.

No mirror near plug for hairdryer. A bit noisy, but went very quiet overnight.

Convenient location, 1 minute walk to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down shops and transport links. The apartment is on the ground floor with a small, private rear patio/yard. Contemporary and clean interior, with a large and very comfy bed plus a useful sofa bed in the living room.

The living room is smaller than the bedroom with just enough room for a small table and two dining chairs alongside the sofa bed and kitchen units. One of the bedroom curtains was hanging off so we couldn’t completely cover the window, although the slatted blind did provide privacy. The bed needed a super king size duvet. The overhead fan in the shower room needed a clean.

No key in key safe on arrival. Called office where lady was rude and not helpful. Had to wait for cleaner to turn up. As a deposit was required I was concerned that I would be liable for things that were damaged prior to our arrival

I am 74 and do not have apps or internet on a phone this means that I could not access the inventory to see what should be in the flat on arrival or report anything without phoning someone. Allowances should be made for older technophobes.

It's a lovely quiet location and very close to plenty of amenities. The flat is really nicely decorated and the little courtyard was a bonus. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a super shower! It wasn't cramped at all, there was space for the four of us just fine (2 adults, 2 kids). It was great for a short family city break.

We were frustrated with the kitchen which was looked great but felt a bit lacking (only one sharp knife, not enough crockery, empty salt/pepper mills, just one tea towel etc etc). The induction hob wasn't working when we arrived and we had to reset the whole hob/oven appliance to get it working which made dinner with hungry kids stressful. While the flat sleeps four, there are only two chairs at the table, so be mindful of that. A highchair would have been super helpful for us. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the bathroom radiator which was very hot - dangerously hot for our baby and toddler, and also made the room warm. NB if you have kids and need a bath, there is only a shower (albeit big and lovely!). A fan would have helped with the warm weather. We are keen on recycling but there wasn't any provision for that which was a shame. We phoned the number about the hob and radiator and left a voicemail but never heard back.

There was not at all a place to hang clothes. Some times was hard to get into the appartment by the street door . To complicated the use of 2 different locks even they have the same key. Inside the appartment every thing was clean, neat and comfortable .

Well equipped and convenient location

Quite noisy : other guests on stairs, roof work in propert opposite and council waste collection early morning. Little soace one side of bed.

5 min walk to both western and eastern supermarket and the train station.

no delegated parking space. The 2 locks at the main door are annoying and hard to open especially when carrying shopping bags.
