Fantastic stay!

Clean, interior is almost as good as new that we are afraid to break the items.

Should have an easier main contacts and check in. But this is not the major concern.

Location the rooms are perfect love the apartment Definitely will book again

Need to put a rubbish bin in the bathroom and broom, please Need to explain how the washing machine works I had a hard time figuring it out or leave the manual in the room

Just few complains: - door - the lock doesn’t work properly, I had to request to assist me two times, had to wait until someone show up and fix this issue and still couldn’t get access to the gym (my card doesn’t work at all) - gas - also challenge (you guys have to explain how it works or place an guideline in the apartment) I had to request for the help also - only cold water in the shower 😒 for three days staying (disaster)... moved out as soon I get new apartment

Cosy apartment, 15 min walk to Dubai Mall. Close to Creek promenade with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Bright appartment since it was a Creek view (East) but therefore a bit noisy due to traffic.

Apartment should be Downtown view, as per title and verification through chat, but it was not.. Access key was functional for apartment doors only and was not working for swimming pool and gym. So I had to ask security or other people to open a door for me. Parking lot was not provided however I had free valet parking instead. Cupboard in a bathroom was broken.

I loved everything!!

The apartment was spectacular, I took a one-bedroom apartment that came with enough space and a huge balcony with a great view. Ahmed was the best he was so helpful, even a great communicator. I complained to him about a foul smell in my first apartment and he transferred me to another apartment. I came on with an earlier flight and he offered me an earlier check-in. The whole team was so helpful and informative. The building is in a great location, close to Dubai mall and many other attractions. There's a supermarket downstairs that does delivery as well, a spa as well as in the building, everything you might need is just surrounding the building.

Nothing to complain because in case of anything they were always there to help.

Our stay experience at Majestine was unfortunately ruined by the poor service offered by Mr BASHIR. He first didn’t process the hotel book confirmation despite us having made full payment prior to our arrival and had provided all requested documents. There were significant delays in communication at his end. Eg he told us he will review the booking payment and provide a confirmation once he is in the office the following day, but we never heard back from him. When we arrived at the accommodation, the reception had no information about our arrival. The accommodation was also not properly clean when we arrived. The kitchen bin was full of trash. When I asked mr BASHIR to have it cleaned, he confirmed he would sort that out. However during our 2 days stay, they was never done. Overall, poor service and I will definitely not stay here again.

our stay was everything we had imagined and will definitely be visiting again.

the property was clean and spacious. the facilities were all in good condition and the area is very close to Dubai mall. The staff are all so nice and helpful especially Bashir who made sure we were always okay.

A very satisfying experience.

Peaceful and calmness with luxury in details...Thank you Mr. Bashir It is absolutely my number one choice when I need to "restart" myself, to feel renewed, energised and rejuvenated.

It exceeded my expectations so i didn't find anything that i didn't like.

The apartment is super large, comfortable and the building is easily accessible. The manager Bashir was very polite and attentive, always available to help me with any questions I had, so I extended my vacation trip and also recommended it to friends

very beautiful apartments. amazing location. I can go walk to the Dubai mall. The manager Bashir was attentive and friendly to me and my family. I really enjoy the building. the staffs were friendly.

the rest. the room is not what was advertised. It's small and very dirty. Sheets weren't clean, there were spider webs, bathroom really dirty, no hairdryer, no safe, no paper toilet, no basic kitchen utensils,... stove didn't work ... a mess. Really, find some place else. Also, booking was not helpful at all, we told them that this place was not as advertised and basically they ignored us. We are initiating legal actions against booking.com.
