Spacious

Property is modern and very spacious

Bottom level is used as an overnight stay for people in need. I wouldn’t have minded if I found out before my stay, but stepping out of the elevator and seeing a man covered in blood was very confronting

Perfect for our purposes and was pleasantly more plush that we had expected.

Hotel was great - great location (proximity to Shrine for Anzac Dawn Service), great rooms, triple glazing on Kings Way side blocked all traffic noise well, bathrooms were modern and well laid out. There was plenty of room, sufficient cutlery and crockery for our needs, Even a dishwasher in one of the rooms (we had adjoining rooms).

The doors between adjoining rooms did not hold open - whoever installed the closers had fitted the hold open back-to-front rendering it inoperative. This was resolved by obtaining 2 doors stops from reception. The carpark was tight and although paying for the parking was over filled and we had to leave the car double parked for the night with our number on the dash. The bathroom tiles did have some mould in the grout lines and could do with more attention in cleaning.

Modern & clean in a convenient South Melb location.

Located close to the office South Melb office towers. Also only a moderate walk to nearby restaurants and pubs. Great base for few days of work (or fun) in South Melb.

Close to town

Attractive and contemporary room within walking distance of all the amenities of South Wharf. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

There was a large window but we kept the curtain closed as the building is u-shaped and the window looked out on to a corridor on the other side of the U that guests walk along to access their rooms. There was no view.

The location was very convenient.

Well appointed room with modern decor. Female receptionist was very accommodating to assist in our requests.

The room smelt strongly of cigarettes. The balcony was full of cigarettes butts and leaves. The balcony sliding door was unlockable.
