Since the property is new, the staff should have been proactive in providing services. they were instead quite slow. The stay was not at all worth the amount we spent.

Pleasant

The views from the hotel was outstanding and it was really beautiful. Food was good. The games room is enjoyable and family friendly.

The quality of the rooms and bathrooms wasn't value for money. It is very expensive compared to the facilities provided. The service for the meals is very very slow as it's only one person that it catering to all the guests and one cook which meant in between our meal we had tk wait a long time for the second helping to come.

They are cheater when i was reach staff say not aware regarding my booking and said talking with booking.com. when i talking with booking.com, your customer care person talking roundly and cut the call and not help to me. After that i talking with staff loudly and calling to police station regarding FIR. after that they are agree for room arrangement. after that my experience i will not book any entity though booking.com in future

Very good

They help and talked to police officers to allow us to reach, otherwise police was not allowing after Chamb. As there is heavy snowfall on Chamb dhanulti Road.

Place was very good and maintained. The view from balcony is awesome.The bathroom are very clean same is with room neat and clean.The staff was very helpful especially Mr.Jaspal who is at reception.

6star review for a cosy hotel

Room is clean. Food superb yummy. Easy location. Breathtaking view of Himalayan mountains. Most important Exceptional attitude of the staffs that won my mini heart of this hotel. Professional, helpful n sooooo kind. As a solo female traveler who is NRI I Feel so welcome n home here. Go for it! Best!

Maybe can have more selection in the menu 😁

Only site and bed is good

Facilities in room not up to the mark as expected. Food is very costly and also not up to standard. Game area equipment are poorly maintain like (wear and teer) required more attention I. That area. Bathroom not upgraded with facility like hand wash & sope.

It is an excellent Hotel we had a very comfortable stay an staff is very courteous and professional. We were thrilled with the view from our room balcony. (Can’t express the felling )over looking Himalayas and Valley. We were treated and served very well by every one. Codos! To team at the hotel. We will come back soon and also recommend in our circle.
