Location and the unit were amazing. Large double garage was great for our cars and bikes.

Bed in the main bedroom was a little hard.

The views were spectacular overlooking our beautiful Waikato Awā. The electric blankets came in so handy for our winter stay.

Only 2 bath towels were provided for 3 of us. So tip for all, book it for it max capacity as you are still paying the full price so you can get more towels. Wish their was a remote for the garage, instead of having to go in and out of the car/house to open garage door. Beds on the top and second floor are hard.

Loved the size and the 3 bathrooms (one on each floor). Plus the range of books

Over $200 for a linen charge seemed excessive. For the price we paid over $1000 for 2 nights there was no body soap or shampoo and conditioner in the showers . We had 1 and half rolls of toilet paper in the main bathroom. There also wasnt even one little washing powder satchel in the washing machine and there was no milk There was also no sky
