The location was fantastic.
A little attention is needed in bathroom and 1st floor toilet. One seat very loose and one seat totally wrong size for toilet

Charming house with stunning views over Hayfield, especially in the evenings with outstanding sunsets. Comfy and spacious, perfect for use as a basecamp when embarking on hikes in the Peaks. Kind enough to provide coffee and tea for our stay.
