The food was good, then house keeping staff and restaurant staffs were good.

The manager in the reception wasn't the expectations, as he was not answering my questions properly. I felt there was some manipulation in the room I booked through booking.com. I was charged higher and did not get the expected room and when asked the manager, at night he said the room I stayed was charged for 8,500/-. However, I was billed higher than that saying I booked from booking.com and he was not agreeing that he disclosed the room rent to me. From booking.com I booked a cottage and got a normal room on the top of the resort where there is no lift and my parents struggled to get there through stairs.

The view from the property is spectacular. Also the staff and services were pretty good. Highly recommend a visit here especially if you are family.

Was in the area for a wedding. Venue is great in the foothills of a mountain, with their own coffee plantation and roastery. Breakfast was good and the surroundings beautiful, and the staff and hotel management incredibly helpful in correcting any small snags that occurred during the trip. They even sent a car to the wedding venue after us when we had forgotten to bring the wedding gift!

Rooms are a bit utilitarian and mattresses are seriously firm.

We were asked to pay a deposit for our room using a link via the Booking messaging service from the hotel. I called to ensure this was required and was told yes. When I clicked on the link I was charged the full amount for the room. When I queried with the hotel they told me that I had been scammed via the messaging service. Upon arriving at the hotel we were asked to pay in cash for the 2 nights. We queried this again and were told that we had been scammed and the payment taken from our account hadn't been taken by the hotel. We've made a claim via Booking.com and the hotel but 6 weeks on and we have still not had our money back. To make matters worse, our room was full of damp, the pillows and bedding had damp spores all over them. The staff tried their hardest to make the room smell better but it was impossible. As the hotel was fully booked we couldn't change rooms until the next day. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. I couldn't fault the onsite staff for their helpful attitude but we were hounded to pay for the room by different people within the first few hours of arriving. The location is great but the hotel needs work and for £100 per night (or £200 per night as it ended up costing us) the room we stayed in was no better than a budget hostel (in fact worst than any hostel we've stayed in).

Really good food, courteous staff, and a great place for a weekend getaway. The rope activity and plantation walk were enjoyable too. Very very windy and drizzles throughout ... With a beautiful smoky mountain view from the restaurant, an ideal place for nature lovers ... Do carry jackets and tough n steady umbrellas as a mandate during monsoon although you can borrow an umbrella from the reception ...

The food was excellent, lovely building, calming greenery. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
