Nestled in Solana Beach, this attractive condo for $573 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. STUNNING newly renovated condo overlooking the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds. This beautiful home has breathtaking views of the ocean and racetrack and is located in the heart of Solana Beach and Del Mar. Walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. This property is the perfect unit to call home away from home. It has abundant natural light, a fully loaded kitchen for cooking, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Disney+, and Hulu, and high speed internet. Master bedroom includes king size bed, desk, two closets, large, en suite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom includes bunk bed-twin over full (crib also available). The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool access and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! During race season, watch the horses from the comfort of the patio. My wife and I stayed in Anne's house for the Thanksgiving holiday with our two kids, both under three years old. The house was kid friendly, very clean, and the perfect spot for us to stay!

The property was fantastic. Two items that could use attention, top sheet on the bed had a rip in it and the plug in air fresheners gave the house an unnatural scent, also a bit more attention to detail in the towel linen area. We loved looking out and seeing the ocean!!! Dog beach was amazing. We sat and watched all the dogs play, it was like being at a broadway show/sitcom. We would definitely stay at this property again

Really impressed with this property! Great location, very clean and spacious. Entire property was well-stocked, especially the beautiful kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the oceanview balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the home, the view, watching the horses race, the location, the furnishing, the art, and the bed and master bath were killer! Anne was ultra responsive, the rate was great and will definitely stay there again!

The primary purpose of our trip was to attend a couple of days of racing at Del Mar. We had a clear view of the track and enjoying watching the workouts each morning. Even though the home is above a very busy street, we just kept the patio door closed and we heard no road noise. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Really appreciated having a garage for our car. Communication with Anne was very easy and we had no trouble with either check-in or check-out. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Great location with close proximity to beaches, restaurants and all the kid attractions. We did Legoland, Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo and a SEAL tour from Seaport Village and this home provided the perfect kid-friendly home base for adventuring. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need and was even more spacious than the pictures show. We look forward to staying here again!

Great North County SD coastal location! Quick access to the 101 coast highway and the I-5 freeway. We love the small town coastal vibe of Del Mar & Solana Beach and this condo is located right in between the two. Pictures on-line are an accurate representation of the space. Lots of windows and a view of the ocean. Beds were all very comfortable and showers had amazing water pressure (a small but important detail for women!). The two car garage was convenient for the road bikes we rented as most condos here have only a car port. Anne was always quick to respond via text to any questions we had. My husband would say the only downside was the traffic noise while sitting on the deck, but that can be hard to avoid in such a desirable coastal area.

My family loved staying at this wonderful condo! It is very clean and nicely updated. It has a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer inside and spacious bedrooms. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful week alone for a business trip! I loved watching the race horses everyday in training or racing early after sunrise…such a bonus for this rental. All the amenities are excellent but my favorite part of the condo is the master shower! What a treat all week! Communication was easy by text and no challenges with staying here. I can’t wait to visit again!

Again, this place never disappoints. I love how it forces you to just sit back and relax. It's very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful views of the racetrack and ocean from your floor to ceiling windows. We just absolutely love It here!!

The home is spectacular with stunning ocean views. It took us a mere 5 minutes to walk to the beach and had all the essentials, from kitchen to bedroom. Our hosts were super responsive and accommodating, from our arrival to departure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone who wants a cozy and serene getaway. What a great experience!

This was a very relaxing much needed time away for our family. The fast response to reserving to the ease of final preparations. We were beyond pleased with the location and layout of the property. It is very clean and has everything you will ever need. You won't be disappointed. It was very quiet and we truly feel this is a special place. Perfect view of the Del Mar Racetrack to watch races and morning workouts. You'll even catch a few jockeys running the track in the morning too. A good time was had by all and were very sad to leave. We already plan and booking again in 2021.

We couldn’t experience opening day at the track this year due to Covid restrictions but didn’t want to miss our horse run. We thought this might be a good alternative and it turned out great. We just sat on the deck with binoculars and a live feed from a laptop. The condo is well appointed and clean. Perfect for a week during the Summer Meet and close to everything.
