Location, clean, availability of parking. Good view. Easy check in. Washing machine and clothes horse.

Photos on booking.com very misleading. I expected a modern apartment and it was old fashioned. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding quality was not of the quality or quantity of the images. The amount of toiletries was also less than in the images. Tables covered in awful ugly plastic cloths which were torn and old. Kitchen was poorly equipped old crockery old cutlery, newer items cheap, No ice cube tray or bottle opener. Showers were rubbish poor flow which almost stopped completely on a number of occasions. The balcony was small and full of bins.

communication was overwhelming, they bypassed booking.com and privately asked me to pay more for an additional guest, even though I booked the full apartment. Plus they barely supplied toiletry and coffee-even though it was included in the service. When I asked if they could bring a toilet paper roll, they replied it was not inclusive..1 toilet paper for 3 day stay for 3 people after paying 1000 EUR plus it sounded like a joke...

Communication, pricing, attention to detail, service...overall disappointing and unnecessarily stressful, don't recommend it. Plenty of better places in Golfo Aranci

The location, the cleanliness, the smooth check in procedure and the bathroom

The wifi wasn't working and we had a couple of issues with the AC in the living room

We have rented 2 apartments in same house. House is 6 minutes faraway by walking to the beach. Bath rooms are ok

We have rented this house because of pictures, we wanted comfortable beds, this is most important for us. They call it Design Home. We have rented ground floor and second floor. We were very disappointed when we arrived . Pictures from Booking doesn’t correspond at all to reality. it looks like grandma’s house not like Design Home. People need to understand that they need to invest in their houses to make guest happy and to help them to spend good time. There is no air conditioning in 120m2 apartment in second floor, all beds are uncomfortable and they squeaks.

- lots of space - clean - new bathrooms - view from balcony - close to the beach (5min walk) - many restaurants close by - night market at the harbour area

- we had no aircon (sea view apartmet only), which is not understandable for me. when you choose the design apartment, it says airconditioning included.. this is also the case for 11 out of 12 rooms. if you choose the sea view room (which is usually the most luxurary option) you habe to go to details and see that no aircon is included — thats misleading and should be more clear for bookers - as we had no aircon, we had to open all windows in the night, now we could hear the nighboors parking their cars, cats fighting in the streets and dogs barking like hell, a farmer selling his vegetables early in the morning by using a megaphone.. - in the end we paid about 200 euro per night to get a non aircon facility - besides the modern bath rooms the apartment was rather 80/90 years style, the photos are misleading as it gives the impression it is overall new and in “desing style”.. not completely honest.. but it was not the big problem for us

The beach is a 5 min walk from the apartment and is absolutely breathtaking! Many good restaurants even if reservations are a must. The view from the apartment was very nice.

The photos on the site gave a completely wrong impression and were frankly misleading (mixing with pictures of the other apartments in the building). In addition I selected locations with airco and I landed on the mainpage of the building but our apartment was the only one without airco… by 38 degrees it was unbearable. When asking if we could change the property manager was agressive. The bathrooms were were the only rooms refurbished but not very clean and toiletteries (specifically requested and mentioned) were missing. Shower door was not working and we had to fix it ourselves. Pillowcases had a plastic protection underneath (very sweaty during the night). The kitchen equipment was sub-standard and incomplete (eg 2 bowls for a 6-p apartment, not cutting board, no towel). Overall, very disappointing price-quality experience.

Apartment very nice, almost new, super clean with air con and with space outside to eat! Only 5 min walking from Golfo Aranci Terza spiaggia and 10 min walking from the city centre. Possible to park for free in the street with the car. Really great to spend time to visit around Golfo Aranci.

Neighbors very noisy and probably the insulation of the apartment isn't great. More cutleries would be necessary (forks, spoons and corkscrew).

coffee was good. AC was good. Washing facility was convenient.

Non flexible host. Noise from neighbouring apartment. stairs. No empathy for traveler's situation. No place to leave luggage for a couple of hours after check out. No late check out flexibility.
