This mellow beach villa is a great home base for your trip across Seabrook Island (and beyond!). Cook a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy a view of the ocean and inlet from your private deck. What’s Nearby: The villa is less than half a mile from the Beach Club and oceanfront pools. The Lake House at Seabrook offers access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and library. The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. Downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours, is only 24 miles away. Things to know: Free Wifi and cable Full kitchen Two parking passes included Airport shuttle is available for a fee. Optional Seabrook Club Amenity Access - guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office. Fees and a card deposit will apply. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great location and views. Kitchen was adequately stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking. Bedroom king bed very comfortable. Thank you to owners for sharing your home.

This unit was very nicely decorated and the view from the deck was fantastic. I have never given a bad review but I wish someone had notified the property manager that mold was growing in the air vents....bathrooms and kitchen . Also mold was growing under the bathroom sink. She came the next day and took pictures and she offered to get a team out there to see what they could do but since our stay was so short we did not want to put up with the chemical smells which would be involved. This is not something which occurred overnight and I am surprised it has not been addressed. Hopefully everything will now be handled and the next tenants will have a better experience. It has the potential to be a terrific vacation rental.

We love this location and have stayed in different locations. This one did not disappoint! Clean and the view was amazing. We saw wildlife on land and water every single day. Would def stay again!!

The Villa was just as described. It was well-equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We watched some of the best sunsets. The walk to the beach was an easy walk. The beach was never crowded.

The condo was truly amazing, very nice and beautifully decorated! The view of the sunset over the ocean, from the balcony, was incredible! Everything I needed was there. I would definitely LOVE to stay here again in the very near future and I'd highly recommend it to anyone that loves the beach and beachfront property. It really was amazing!

The view and beach access was wonderful, the condo was comfortable and it is very convenient. My husband and I stayed there and the extra full bathroom was nice. We've been to the area several times and enjoy the quiet beach and bike rides.

Beautiful view, good bed, up a couple flights of steps, good A/C, good TV, sofas a bit broken down, was perfect for the two of us, attended a meeting on Kiawah- took less than 15 min to drive over there.

A Relaxing Retreat
My husband and I enjoyed this perfectly located place. The beach, with the dolphins and pelicans, brought much quiet reflection and entertainment. The awning made deck time a pleasure! We’ll be back!

I have been going to Seabrook/St. Christopher’s since 1873, my daughter since 1982, and it is forever a paradise. This Pelican Watch balcony, along with the table and swivel chairs, provided a front row seat to spectacular sunsets and views of the full moon and stars in the early morning. The king size bed was quite comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The sofa and love seat were pretty worn and saggy in the middle, but we were mostly outside or asleep during our stay. We’ll be back!

This was a nice stay, but some things need to be updated. Most of the plugs didn't work and the couch was very worn.
Bed was very comfortable. Very low water pressure in the master bath. Very nice views from the balcony.
