Perfect for a small family

Comfortable , clean, spacious and had the little extra touches that are not common anymore in these kind of rentals- little bag of coffee, towels, soap- as I was arriving late with little kids this was appreciated

A good property in a quiet residential location

An excellent location for easy access. It was really easy to get into and out of the centre of Tampere using the tram. It was only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and the trams were clean, comfortable and frequent. A good, clean property, and as described. The sauna in the bathroom was great! The property was an apartment in the middle of a housing block comprising both local residents and visitors in the same block, and the area was very quiet. This might make it unsuitable for noisy holidaymakers, but it was good to get a feel for local living and good for families. The people on the phone and online were helpful and friendly.

There are a number of different properties here, and there is no one at the location to help in case of a problem - although there is a 24 hour phone line to contact. For our specific property: The door lock didn't work properly, so thank goodness there was a lock key box backup option! We had to call to get instructions on how to get this. The sofa (sofabed) was very uncomfortable to sit on (hard back at top), but OK for sleeping on. The weather was very hot for Finland (21-22C most days, but up to 29C), so it was difficult to keep cool at night (the windows were very small, and when opened caused the internal doors to rattle throughout the night).

Cozy home for comfortable and warm stay

It's like home apartment, well located and for a good price. We came to Finland to visit friends who lived not so far, so the distance from Tampere center was not critical. But it's super comfortable to use modern trams, in about 15 minutes it's possible to get to the city center and the stop is in 3 minutes from the apartment. So, location is really good and it's also a very calm place. I've already recommended it to my friends.

I think the apartment costs its money. So ofcourse, there can be some minor disadvantages: something is not clean ideally, something needs modernization. But in general I don't remember anything that I can mention here. It's an appropriate place to stay even for a week with family.

We would stay again!

Very spacious and clean with smart TV and sauna with heated bathroom floor. Modern apartment! roughly 10/15 minute drive to city centre. 5 minute drive to a Supermarket.

Apartment was quite difficult to find. Beds were narrow but still comfortable.

Wonderfully accommodating staff and a lovely unit in a lovely location😁

Very clean very spacious very well organized wonderful sauna Close to the tram and accommodations

we arrive very late in the day and Our room was occupied when we arrived and had to be changed to a new unit which had standing water in the washer ,but the problem was resolved within 24 hours And this second unit was better than the first.

Wonderful! One of the best holidays ever and the location really made it easy for me to get around!

Wonderful location! A home away from home, I felt just like one of the locals! A lovely leafy suburb and everything provided. I don´t think I will ever stay in a regular hotel again! Would love to come back!

It was a bit hot in the summer heat as there is only one small window and it´s not possible to open it much so I had the front door open most of the time I was home. Would be good if there was an electric fan avaliable for summer.

Quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The accommodation was comfortable, it had a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

The veranda wasn’t very clean, but was a nice space to sit.

Apartment not as clean or new as shown on pictures. It is worn, scratches and holes in walls, doors.

Does not match the cleanliness of the pictures. Walls, doors etc. are worn, yellowish, scratches and holes everywhere. Definitely feels like a cheap rental, that has been touched up with IKEA furniture to look good on pictures. Not worth the price.

Nice place, little bit outside the city center

Very clean and modern, nice sauna, small terrace, easy to park, CityMarket close by

Some distance to city, but it’s a nice walk (50 minutes). No AC as in Finland almost always, but room was still bearable with +25
