Easy walk to the Beekman St arts district, movie theater, and Skidmore College. One mile to the entrance of Saratoga Race Course. Enjoy a beautifully home with: •4 bedrooms – 3 queen and 1 full bed •3 full bathrooms •Great room with HUGE gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops •Dining room with large farmhouse table and hardwood floors •Central air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. No window units. •Living room with large sectional couch •Patio & backyard with grill, outdoor furniture and string lights set a great tone for a summer night. •Safe Area home includes a security system with exterior cameras Great for family gatherings, wedding preps! Backyard with privacy fence includes covered patio space for grilling and lawn games. Also features laundry room & master suite on the first floor. Off-street parking – driveway fits 3 cars Park your car when you arrive, and you won’t need it for the rest of your trip. The perfect location for enjoying all that Saratoga Springs has to offer! Close to downtown for the best dining and nightlife. Quick walk to grocery store, shopping and movie theater. • 1 mile to Saratoga Racetrack • 2 miles to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (great location if you're going to a concert, play or the ballet) • 1 mile to Skidmore College A separate small apartment is also attached to the building located on the second floor of the back portion of the house. However the tenant has a completely separate entrance and does not share any interior or exterior spaces with the main house. It's nearly impossible to know it's even there. We do NOT allow parties or gatherings of more than 8 people. If you are renting for a wedding and interested in using our home to prep (will have extra people for short times) please reach out. We have host many guests doing this but we request that you ask in advance. Please do NOT book if you plan to have more than 8 people staying or partying at our home. Jesse & Cathy couldn’t have been nicer hosts. The house was exactly what we needed for our family to stay in the area for our daughter’s wedding. The open floor plan worked our great for the girls in the wedding party to get ready morning of the event. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The kitchen was HUGE. Also great having the 3 parking spots.

The beautiful home and gracious hospitality of our wonderful hosts made our college reunion even more special and memorable! The short walk to Broadway, the spacious and comfortable back yard, the fantastic interior with a sprawling kitchen, great family room, beautifully decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms were all ideal for our gathering and enabled our friend group to reconnect, relax, enjoy and celebrate. The hardwood floors, exposed brick, and original wood beams are an added bonus. I have only the highest praise for this home and the hosts and look forward to staying there again!

Positive experience from beginning to end. Host very friendly and great communication. Would stay again and recommend to all friends and family. Short walk to main part of town. Birthday dinner at Olde Bryan Inn was delicious. Short drive to the Casino. Walked to Druthers Brewery and Whitman Brewing Company.

Jesse and Cathy provided an experience and home away from home during Christmas that met, and in many ways, exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated with high-end appliances and beautiful furnishings, this home was perfect for preparing holiday meals and hosting family. A brand new, oversized kitchen and ample dining area is adjacent to a large and comfortable family room, all of which creates the feeling of an open-space, modern farmhouse. Each of the bed and bathrooms were also brand new, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A huge modern laundry room with drying racks and folding tables, made staying on top of laundry a breeze. The short walk into the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable aspects of this home, especially for teenagers who love to explore. Finally, the hospitality and attentiveness offered by the hosts sealed the deal as one of our favorites.

We stayed with a group of 4 couples for a friend's wedding in Saratoga. The house was terrific, including a beautiful kitchen great for groups. The house was well within walking distance (~10 mins) of all bars and events that were downtown. Parking was easy and the locks on the house were intuitive. Overall great house and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience downtown saratoga for any reason.

Very well furnished home with all amenities, very clean, great location close to the center of Saratoga Springs. We were there for a wedding and it was very nice to be ablate relax in this nice house in between all the festivities. Jesse and Cathy are great hosts.

I can only say If you plan on staying in Saratoga and need to rent a home rent this one. This home has it all. Its spacious, comfortable and has the most amazing kitchen I've ever been in. It's also an 8 minute walk to broadway and downtown Saratoga. Lastly Jesse is your host. He meets you and explains everything you need to know and is willing to take care of all your needs. We didn't meet his wife Cathy but I'm she is the same.

Amazing
This property was perfect for our weekend In Saratoga with friends. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan was beautiful. It’s only a 5 min walk to downtown. Jesse and Cathy kept an open line of communication with us the entire time, any questions we had were quickly answered. They also had suggestions as to where to go and what to do in Saratoga. Looking forward to renting this property for years to come!

The living room has a large sectional sofa facing a very large smart TV. The beds are comfy. The spacious kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated and attractive with cool electronic features. There is a firepit with outdoor furniture in the backyard. A suggestion, because of Covid, would be to arrange contact-free check-in though it might be a plus, under "normal" circumstances, for host and guests to meet and greet each other face to face.

Long weekend in Saratoga Spring with Friends
LOVED IT!!!!! Others have mentioned this in the reviews, but the pictures REALLY don't do the property justice. Unassuming from the outside, but beautiful on the inside. The place is huge and very comfortable in the public areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms) and the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Jesse was very responsive with information about the house and the area. We would 100% stay at this location again.

Absolutely Perfect!!
The place was absolutely wonderful for our weekend in Saratoga Springs. It was perfect for our group which included our 8 month old baby! We were able to put her to bed in one of the lovely upstairs bedrooms and enjoy the gorgeous kitchen and living space as a group downstairs. The outdoor space is also wonderful. And the location could not be better. The home was so pleasant we didn’t want to leave!!
Jesse and Cathy were also wonderful hosts!! Jesse greeted us on our arrival to give us the rundown of the house. We were provided suggestions for dining and activities during our stay. And everything was so clean and well decorated!! This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and will definitely be a repeat!!

We stayed at this beautiful house for the weekend to attend a wedding The house is magnificent and great for a group of 7. Cathy and Jesse are very responsive and were very gracious! I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Saratoga!

Wonderful spot for sister getaway!
Beautifully furnished, comfortable home located just a short walk to Broadway! Cathy and Jesse have created an oasis with their rental home that was the perfect place for my sisters and I to gather to celebrate my milestone birthday. Jesse provided a list of recommendations for restaurants so we were able to make some reservations before we arrived. He met us at the house upon check in and warmly showed us around with pride (I believe he did at least some of the renovations himself). The house was immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable (important for our middle aged bodies). The large sofa in the living room made it easy for us to sit around and chat. We found everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen, although we ate most of our meals out because Saratoga has the most wonderful selection of restaurants. All in all, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Saratoga!

Cathy and Jesse have decorated and maintained this property perfectly with just the right sense of style and authenticity! The kitchen is a dream, the backyard is pristine and soothing, and the location could not be better! Just outstanding
The house is great, especially if you like to cook! Backyard firepit is a nice touch... but the best part is it is an easy walk to everything downtown. The owners met me at the house upon arrival to go over every aspect of the property, and texted a couple times over our 3 nights there just to make sure everything was going smoothly.

This is a classic tale of never judging a book by its cover. While the outside of this house is nondescript, the inside has been completely renovated and is beautiful as well as comfortable. Our hosts could not have been more communicative, meeting us upon arrival to explain how things worked (lighting, security, washer/dryer et al). Even in this time of such great uncertainty with the pandemic, Jesse and Cathy assured us the house had not been in use for days prior to our arrival and every surface and corner was spotless. What also stands out is the home's location, just a short (less than a minute) walk to a great coffee shop and a mini Pricechopper and just a couple of blocks from Saratoga's exceptionally vibrant shopping district on Broadway. The yard is flat and fenced and just the right size for our Black lab and our toy terrier. We even used the fire pit one night when the weather cleared after Thanksgiving. All in all, I would recommend this rental and hope to return when we can be out and about downtown without masks. A note for runners (both of our adult daughters did miles while there): there are several great routes and the parks in Saratoga are worth either a run or a walk (my speed) at any time of the year.

Amazing House in Saratoga!
This was a 5 star experience! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The kitchen is huge, elegant, and well stocked for cooking. The family room couch is oversized and super comfortable. All beds were cozy, and bathrooms renovated and very clean. The owners are a total delight to communicate with, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We brought our golden retriever and he loved hanging in the backyard and playing ball. Room for three car parking, and a 5 minute walk to everything you want in downtown Saratoga. We are so happy we found this place, and hope to go back again in 2021!

We were also able to enjoy an outdoor fire in the backyard after grilling our dinner on the covered porch. Bathrooms were all updated and well appointed as was the laundry room. Jesse and Kathe were eager to please and accommodated ALL of our requests as well as our needs. I have been coming to Saratoga for 35 years and this is my new go to home away from home !
