Gourmet kitchen is just off one of the two coastal decks which perch over water views from every angle. Bordering the Niagara-on-the-Lake wine route & a short drive to Niagara Falls. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a convection-microwave, pot filler, gas stove, large refrigerator with filtered refrigerated water and ice and a dishwasher. There are four bar stools at the island and a pop-up table in the attached sunroom that can seat 7 with custom built-in benches. There is a washer/dryer in the front entrance within custom cabinetry. The entire home has central heating and central air conditioning. There are TV's in the bedroom and living room and one in the loft connected to a DVD player. Owners live on site, but you have no shared spaces. Guest access: Park in the driveway with room for 2 vehicles. You share the double wide, long driveway with your hosts who live in a separate space on the property.
