we have stayed many times before and it has always been excellent

The pool was out of commission for the whole week and there was building work going on directly next to the beach all week long, when we moved further up the beach an aggressive security guard told us to leave the area. We had to pay to use private beaches every day. Lux Holidays said they would compensate us 999aed after sending them mine and my wife’s bank details they say it will not refund as details are incorrect???? I use this account every single day and no other problems!!! How can I get this refund back please?

Excellent apartment, Michael was very welcoming and helpful, returned security deposit very quickly! Would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed to stay here. Big apartments with a really big balcony. Both rooms have access to balcony. It’s located on the last floor and the view is really stunning. There was everything we need at the kitchen. There is a big supermarket on the ground floor with a good selection of groceries. Internet was good all the time. There is a very big pool and a good gym inside. Thanks to Umar who meet us and helped with a baggage. Deposit amount returned in 5 days.
