Spend your morning out on the balcony listening to the tide while all of life's worries slip away. Take a deep breath of fresh air and make your way to the sand for a day of lounging in the sun. And close out your evenings watching a movie or favorite show on the new 50' flatscreen TV. Don't worry about sandy suits, as this condo has a private washer and dryer for your convenience. What’s nearby: Located on the sand in the heart of Seagrove Beach, it will be hard to find a reason to leave the comfort of your own backyard, yet there are many exciting activities nearby. The golfers of the group will love to see that Camp Creek Golf Club is just down the street for a fun round of 18. Camp Creek Lake is also nearby for some paddleboarding and serene waters. Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile North, so exploring the beautiful scenery and foliage native to Florida is mere minutes away as well! Popular restaurants include Louis Louis, Restaurant Paradis, Café 30A and Grayton Seafood Co. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Private washer/dryer Beach access Gulf view Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 22 years of age to book. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. Great beach access, in the middle of everything, and equipped with all of the essentials.

The view and just being steps from the beach were incredible. We stayed on the 2nd floor so it was a perfect spot to have coffee and watch the sunsets/sunrises.
Found a couple live bugs when stripping sheets the morning we left.

Great view and the condo was nice. My only complaint was that two of the three remotes for the electronics had bad batteries.

Loved Seamist, as usual, but #5 has a horrible King mattress. It feels like a springy cot mattress and it isn’t on a solid bed frame. Upgrade needed!

The condo and property are everything a couple and/or small family need for a great beach trip to 30A. The location is great and within a short drive, bike ride, or walk to anything you could want. The place seemed pretty clean at first, but after staying for a few days, it became very clear the cleaning was only done at the surface level. The shower curtain has mold forming on it and hooks are rusted out. The pullout couch was gross and made us uncomfortable using. Overall, great place and stay, but needs a deep clean badly.

No extra pillows or blankets, and some of the few pillows were old and had no pillow cases. Gross. Only two small rolls of TP for a family of 5 for 5 days, we had to go buy extra. Contacted owners (Vacasa) and they said they would send extra bedding but it never arrived. Beautiful rental in a beautiful location otherwise!

Great view. You can leave beach chairs under stairs at the beach. Plenty of room on the beach. Showers and grills overlooking the beach. For you light sleepers, you can hear everything in the room above. I would definitely stay here again or buy it if they’d sell it to me : )

Clean & perfect location
This was the cleanest property in the area that I’ve stayed at so far. I loved the easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. Master bedroom mattress was comfy. No complaints.

This was such a great place, perfect for us and a baby. You can’t beat the view and the comfortable balcony. It’s so close to our favorite places too. Can’t wait to come back!
