Summary: This is an air mattress apartment. This is a vacant apartment unit that we have. We have to blow up mattresses, pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a kitchen (not stocked with utensils) with frig & stove available to use. There is a full bathroom and shower. Towels & toiletries are not provided. Additional verifications required, such as ID that matches the Credit/Debit card. The Space: This is a duplex. You have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom completely to yourself. You do have a neighbor so please be respectful of your neighbors by not being loud or smoking inside. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur.
