Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

My stay in this condo was wonderful. Concerns in a previous review were either not really present or corrected.. I was surprised that a previous guest was not satisfied with such a clean, good service,and great location. Unit was very clean and well decorated. Views, several beach accesses, beaches, and resort property are really beautiful. Pools are outstanding, especially the beach pool. There was some minor construction ongoing on the first floor entrance, but likely will be completed soon and did not bother me. Resort is also close to a supermarket, 30A shopping, Pier Park, and several good restaurants.

Bed was very comfortable.
I put the extra sheets, folded over the window by the bed to block out the security light next to the window. Black out drapes on other end of condo. Another guest had same frustrations. Noisy traffic, pack earplugs.
Very pet friendly, dogs yapping at all hours.
Very limited clothes storage- no hangers. Christmas tree box taking up needed space.
Bath sink is separate from toilet/shower room.
No tissues, 2 kitchen towels, no hot pads.
Small toaster over, microwave and 2 top stove. Tiny bar sink. No storage space in kitchen.
Bar stools very nice, no space to eat at bar, no storage.
No comfortable seating indoors, no table to eat at. Balcony had a towel rack and comfy low chairs. Ate at coffee table - not my style.
Elevators looked messy. Pools, beach, etc, very nice. Beautiful community, lots of construction.
Close to grocery, couple good restaurants. Nice bike riding. Empty beaches - wonderful.
Condo was clean.

I went in the off season for a rest from the world. It was perfect. Something to note that did not take away from my stay all, but others might be interested in: the furniture outside has changed from what’s it the pics, but still comfy. I would definitely come back.

We love Carillon and this was a well decorated and well stocked unit. Comfortable couch and bed. Loved the deck seating as well. My only suggestion would be black out curtains by bed due to hallway lighting. Such a great visit! We would love to come back again.

This unit was great for my husband and I . It was very clean and a nice location. Pizza bar was great, everyone knew each other and made us feel welcome. Pools were very nice ,4 on property. The bed was very comfortable and great seating inside and out.

First time staying at the Inn. Typically, I rent a Carillon home. The Inn was cozy and perfect for me and my daughter. We had one tiny issue that was taken care of immediately. Check in after hours was super easy. Great customer service. I can’t wait to go back!

This unit was great for our short stay in the Panama City Beach area. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay without the Front Beach traffic, this is the spot! If you're looking for the nightlife scene, you'll want to go to the Front Beach strip. Carollin Beach resort is a hidden gem with eateries and bike rentals in the Market Square right next door. The unit manager was great and available after hours for any concerns. The unit is well appointed and very clean and cozy. We'll definitely book this unit again.

This was a really nice beachy themed condo. We loved all the decor. We enjoyed the patio and views . The kitchen is nicely stocked including a crock pot that I hadn't seen in others. We did have 2 complaints. 1 is that the sofa bed was only provided a sheet. We listed we had 4 people staying. So that would have been nice. Thankfully we had a blanket in our car. And second thing is the window by the main bed had light from the outside hallway shining in. The blinds and current curtains still let light in. It would be nice to have room darkening curtains there. BUT overall very nice place.

Need to get rid of nasty rugs inside den and dust under and beside sofa. Best to get rid of all decorations that cannot be washed after each guest! The stove never turned on for us. Has outdated toaster oven. With all the fees it was not worth $ 293 per night.
Washer/Dryer is on 4th floor.
We had to have TV maintenance but they responded promptly.
I seriously recommend some removal of the rugs and most all of the decorations that only collect dust and mildew!

The fibers caused allergic responses from all of my family members. The shower head….Omgosh…how was I the first person to notice how thick the mold was on the head? It was so bad I noticed black speck in the shower from it. The amenities and beach is beautiful and the other homes on the property seem well kept it’s unfortunate this property is Not better cared for.
