The owner was very friendly and helpful. Message were always answered promptly. They messaged and told us the day before saying they had upgraded the caravan which was a lovely van

Nothing everything was perfect.

The park itself was lovely the caravan was dirty and damages. Caravan windows didn’t close properly window handles kissing, toilet floor stinking, bedroom paper missing, radiators didn’t work in bedroom, dust and dirt in every door. Outside siting area cushions soaking wet, grass not cut and I could go on with more issues. Caravan not had a good clean for I don’t know how long

Caravan was stinking and not up to purpose, windows damaged leaving the cold in and heater in bedroom not working

caravan smelt when arrived. fittings were falling apart ie chair tops loose. carpet was full of stains. unable to sleep in double bed, past it use by date. steps up to caravan loose so wife fell over.

In a good position for the entertainment. Was enough room for my friends and I In the main living area . I had the double bed to myself

The beds were very narrow and and some felt the springs. The windows had gaps so was very cold at times. More so in the bedrooms and toilet No can opener but had most other utensils .

Unity Resort very good has everything you need close by within walking distance The caravan was ok needs some TLC :) and garden was the best bit very large, weather was good :)

Caravan was very unclean bin under the sink had days old of potato peel, sticky marks all over mirror and doors, microwave had left over pizza in there, carpets needed hoovering and floor not mopped Dyson full with dust not emptied. I had to clean everything before unpacking :( I did speak to the onsite manager they advised they don't clean private rentals the owner does or they pay outside agency (think this needs to be looked into?) Wish I had taken photos as proof for the owner.

Well equipped caravan, good supply of towels and nice quality linen on the beds. spacious lounge area.

Great location close to all amenities. It was great for the money we generally just sleep in the caravan we are out all day kids entertainment at night then bed! So great price, clean bedding, generally clean, shower great, everything you need in the kitchen. If you looking for somewhere to sleep fantastic for the money, just a little old and outdated. Host/ owner is amazing they can't do enough for you, sent a message through booking.com replied within an hour.

The table in the lounge kitchen unstable, couldn't eat food off it too wobbly also catch missing off outside door which made it annoying to get air in to the caravan. Also it could do with a deep clean carpets and lino replaced. Also slight damp/ old smell.

Location in a quiet cul de sac

Outside seating all damaged and un able to use, contacted host and was told new ones on order ,which is great but didnt help us on our stay unfortunately , fast response from host which was good

plenty of room,double bed and single’s not too bad .loved the outside decking got the sunshine every day .Really enjoyed holiday.

pull out bed bent out of shape not very comfortable. out door furniture broken rust all over floor off them .we still managed to use them. Indoor table wonky had to put cardboard under leg to balance it .carpets need cleaning .

The Caravan was Clean, Spacious and in a great position, close to Food Outlets and Entertainment. It was a nice touch that towels were supplied.

Dont want this to be a negative comment but it was a little dusty but due to my daughter suffering with allergies shes really sensitive but gave it a clean myself then she was when fine

The beach was nice. Some of the outside park staff were helpful. The grounds were well kept.

Reception staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. We were not aware the caravan we booked was privately owned. Because of this the reception staff adopted the attitude of 'not our problem, you have to sort it' attitude. The caravan was not very clean, the net curtains were dark grey at the top and black at the bottom. It smelt musty inside. We had to contact the owner ourselves to sort problems that the park staff then came and fixed! We left a day early.

Beach Close by, the main reason of our booking. But been charged extra. Was unable to cancel as family members had booked a/l and may upset children's + refund may not be given.

The day before our 3 night stay, the owner of caravan demanded another £89.25 for park entrance facilities, which we had to pay (referring to customer comments the entrance wshould have been included with the 3 nights booking we made of £214), made complaint to booking.com but no response received. All mattresses are damaged. All adults had difficulty sleeping due to spring coils can be felt at our backs.

caravan not same as described

The property was in a perfect spot of the park for families. The garden was fenced off which is amazing if you have children it’s a lovely big area for them to play. It was a perfect home from home & we had everything that we needed

A few things in the caravan needed attention, the blinds & curtains needed to be re attached & the garden was a little over grown but nothing at all that stopped us enjoying our stay there.

The smell as you entered the caravan was disgusting, I had to get air fresheners and open the windows but it didn't help. Beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable. Kitchen blind is filthy

Definitely in a good spot close enough to the club house but far enough away from the noise at night. Caravan is on the older side of its life but was very clean so for what we payed you can't moan. Beds were comfortable. Has a garden attached to it so felt safer for children to play. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nothing to dislike

The caravan was lovely and in a great situation. The site was wonderful and in a great location. Site facilities were awesome and we loved the bike hire place. Great value for money.

The caravan potentially sleeps 8 (there was 6 of us) and there was only 3 wine glasses, 1 pint glass and 1 small glass. The knives,forks and spoons were plastic handled and needed replacing. There wasn't a frying pan.

Did like location. And very quiet around.

The caravan of itself is old and need deep cleaning especially bathroom. The blind rolls is all mouldy. Would need to renew and refresh it. The decking and garden is lovely. Location is absolutely perfect . Just few minutes walk to RJ'S bar and maybe 3 minutes walk to the brean splash park. Enjoyable outdoor play are as well , for older children. The food on the site is poor, and really nothing good, as much as we tried. It is good place for short stay for economic holidays.
