The sitting area has plush furniture, clean lines, and simple ski lodge decor coupled the solid wood cabinets, stone fireplace and slate tile floors make this home feel upscale but cozy. There's a comfortable sofa and plush chair set snugly around a corner fireplace and a Smart TV and central air conditioning. The beautiful dining table seats six to eight people comfortably. Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with matching appliances and all the necessary tools to make your meals amazing. Bear hollow was everything we needed for our trip. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and very close to Canyons Village in Park City. We would definitely stay again.

The fridge doesn't work up to capacity. Ice didn't freeze after 2 days! Drinks. Milk, etc were not cold enough.

Place was filthy, dishes were all nasty, crumbs in couches and overall not clean at all. Decent location but for the price it should be very clean and up to date. Also, had bags and bags of trash in the garage from previous renter that we had to deal with. Not our responsibility and gross. Not the best experience.

Great location and awesome property!

First off, the property management was top rate with providing the property information and getting access to the property as long as you know what you're looking for. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Th location is centralized to everything, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, hikes, views, and just about everything. Ski resorts are all around, which is the main reasons why we stayed here. Park City Mountain resoert is less than 5 miles away. Great for the family. The property provides plenty of room for everyone. The teens and kids had their own personal space downstairs to be away from the adults in the main livingroom and kitchen. Electronic locks were a great way for everyone to have access to the property with the freedom to come and go. There's enough room for 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Easy in/out acces and close to the freeway. Lots of pots n pans and place settings for everyone. Smiths, walmart, and lots of other stores were about a mile away. Absolutely one of the best places to stay in the area and easily one of the top 5 places I've ever stayed at away from home. If you're looking for a place to stay for a big family, this is it. Entertaining everyone in this spacious property is easy as there's something for everyone.

Loved the hot tub, the master soaker tub, the big kitchen and the reclining couch. Wished there was a smart TV or DVD there though, we had to go to Walmart to buy a few Christmas movies to Watch, so make sure you bring your own DVD. The water is SUPER hot so be careful. The dishwasher is way loud but it's a fast cycle so it was ok. Everything was clean and warm and organized. The atmosphere was perfectly warming, beds comfy. We LOVED our stay so much ❤ 💜 💖

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Plenty of room for everyone. Our only complaint was that the community pool and hot tub were closed. Our kids were disappointed. We never did find out if it was due to Covid or if it was just closed for the winter season already. We did find out though at the Olyimpic Park that we were there in-between their seasons so not a lot was open around town. We still managed though and had lots of fun with what we could do. We especially enjoyed the fall colors and being outdoors in the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at this roomy townhouse in the quiet Bear Hollow neighborhood. The property would receive a top rating, however it needed a thorough cleaning. The slate tile floor had crumbs, pieces of cereal and small pieces of paper scattered about. The blankets and bedspreads seemed to need a good wash and had pet hair on them. If you are a clean freak, this isn't a great fit. We used our own blankets and pillows and made do as we weren't in the house much during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and utensils but didn't have ANY staples like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. We've stayed at many VRBOs and Air BNBs and those items are pretty much standard.

We just returned from a week-long trip to Park City to get away from the smoke/wildfires in California and booked this townhouse the night before hopping in the car, without seeing any reviews on VRBO. It turned out to be a solid choice for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 6-12. What we loved: 1) With 3 levels, the kids got to have their own floor, a bedroom, bathroom, and den with a fireplace and TV on the lowest level. This made it easy for the grownups to have a space upstairs to play cards, laugh at full volume, and watch old Friends reruns until the wee hours in front of our own cozy fireplace. 2) The location: It's a short distance to so many wonderful places, including Olympic Park (hiking trails lead to it from the property), skiing (short 3-minute drive), Park City's Main Street (8 minute drive), and our favorite, the Jordanelle Resevoir (20--ish minute drive). If you like to kayak like we do, go further on to the Rock Cliff area, with a small boat ramp and peaceful waters... lots of bird-watching and fishing there too. The Provo River is close by as well. Gorgeous area. 3) The deck with a hot tub and partial mountain views. We spent plenty of time here! 4) It fit our budget. Yes, there are other places with sprawling decks, sweeping views, and more square footage, but they're at least twice the price. 5) The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils one could ever need. 6) Although we didn't use the amenities at the clubhouse, they looked lovely. We did enjoy biking and walking the trails all around the neighborhood. 7) The management company was extremely responsive via text message. What could be better? 1) The queen bed on the 3rd floor was pretty hard. No one had any complaints about any of the other beds, though. Luckily, the couches were extra comfortable! That's it, really. We were happy with our stay. - Lisa
