Welcome to our favorite private home, recently transformed into a haven of comfort and style. Our impressive top-to-bottom "Glow Up" has created a contemporary atmosphere, complete with a redesigned kitchen and dining areas. Tasteful décor and a family-friendly neighborhood surround you, ensuring a serene stay. Relax in the well-furnished living room and spacious family room, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Rest easy on high-quality, hotel-grade mattresses and fresh linens in each of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the guest room offers a queen bed. The other guest room features a full-over-twin bunk bed. Additionally, we provide 2 queen air mattresses and a pack and play crib for added convenience. Enjoy the entire home, including a fully enclosed backyard with plush green grass and outdoor dining furniture. Enter through the vibrant blue front door with a coded lock for easy and secure access. House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

This was a perfect place for our long weekend. We had plenty of room and enjoyed having the entire house to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was comfortable.

Loved the house. Was perfect for our needs. Does need some TLC and better cleaning procedures.. Even with that being said we will rent again if available. Host was easy to contact and was very willing to help.

We had a good time and felt very comfortable.

Horrible beds and pillows. Trash under beds, furniture, refrigerator and even up under the top bunk that you could see from the bottom bunk. Urine stains and smell upstairs. Water stains in master bathroom, which could also have mold. I had an allergic reaction to something in the house and got Vertigo for most of the trip. Another person got a migraine and another allergies. I have no idea how 12 people are supposed to sleep here. Yard not kept up in front or back. We rented this for a dog friendly house. The fence is all falling down in the back yard. You cannot leave your pet out there. We took our dog off her leash 1x and she got out within 10 seconds. Luckily, she went into the neighbors back yard an d I was able to get her to come back through the same hole. The owners obviously know there are problems with the fencing, as they have buckets, furniture and other items to block the holes. Problems getting the code to get in VRBO said not their problem even though I booked through them. They did try to call, text and email host with no avail. Other maintenance problems and disrepair. Not satisfied, no credit given even though problems were reported. Not a Premium property in Nampa. Do not rent this house.

The beds were incredibly comfortable in both rooms that we used, and we loved all the added details of the toiletries that were in the bathroom! The towels were actually soft and large enough for anyone. There was a small problem with the stove which was fixed promptly! We were even able to enjoy some time in the backyard. We were very pleased with the home and the service provided and would definitely be happy to stay again! :)

Overall, a great place to stay
We had a few small bumps during our stay, but overall it was really nice and clean, and the perfect size for a couple. I'm not sure about 12 people (as the listing says it can do that), the house isn't that big!
The small bumps:
They provide a TV (as the listing stated), but it doesn't come with cable, only Hulu and AWS. We wanted to watch local channel news, but couldn't. Good thing we brought our Comcast and with a trip to Walmart to purchase an extension cord, we were able to broadcast from the computer, but it was a pain. I think the listing should say that literally just a TV is provided.
The hair dryer was missing so another trip to Walmart to purchase one. It was later found on Day 9 in the downstairs 1/2 bathroom, on the bottom shelf, pushed against the wall.
The backyard was filled with dog poo from a large dog. Which was irritating as we brought a dog, and of course that is the first thing he ran to. We were asked to clean up after our pet, which we brought everything to do that, but clearly its not enforced or checked on before rented out again.
A couple repairs needed to be done in the house. So we dealt with toilet rolls not on a roller, just on the toilet lid. The back screen door is all messed up, so we couldn't have the back door open as the screen door was a mess. The door latch for the slider was broken, so you pinched your finger everytime to lock it. Small things, but annoying.
The cleaning crew left a used bar of soap in the shower stall. That was disgusting.
and the BIG problem we had, was the gardener/handyman came over THREE times to do work. Nobody let us know. He came thru the fence and we just happen to see him outside - with our dog out there! The fence wide open so he could have run out at any moment. A courtesy call is a MUST. My husband and I were running around trying to find the dog (myself in a nightgown!). That wasn't appreciated at all.
The onsite property managers also don't respond to the text number they provided (well 2 days later they did), and when I called the number it said to call Austin - which when I did it went right to VM, so I ended up calling my VRBO contact.
But overall - the place was great. In a very quiet neighborhood.

The beds are wonderful! Cozy family room with a formal front room. A place for everyone.
Back yard is nice, but wasn’t able to enjoy it as the sprinkler came in first thing in the a.m. and saturated it so much it didn’t dry out. Wet mess🙁very disappointing as we looked forward to spending time outdoors in the nice yard.
