Nestled in Devils Lake, this charming house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Set in the Oceanlake district nestled within shore pines (providing extra privacy), this friendly home has everything a large group needs to enjoy a stay at the beach. The gas fireplace and private grill are solely for guests at this home to enjoy. Outside, there are several sitting areas, an outdoor picnic area, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean air. What's nearby: It’s only a short walk to the NW 26th Street stairs down to the beach. From there, guests can explore find miles of sandy beach filled with driftwood (and maybe glass floats!) in either direction. Lincoln City is famous for its local restaurants, many of which can be enjoyed just along Highway 101. Devil's Lake State Recreation Campground is just one-and-a-half miles away, for guests who want a camping break within their beach vacation. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Dogs welcome If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Had a wonderful time in Lincoln City. Loved the fireplace , very cozy. If we had to list some cons, it would be the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and there were only two bowls. Other than that the house was quiet and it location was awesome.

Cute pet friendly home in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the nearby beach access and close proximity to restaurants and the casino. The home was super clean with nice comfortable furniture in the living and dining. Nice large bathroom vanity for a small home. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots and pans. The gas fireplace was cozy while watching movies. It was easy to regulate the temp because there are very clear directions next to the thermostat. We usually look for ocean view properties when going to the beach, but this little home worked out well with our last-minute plans and would consider again. Always a thanks to the owner who allows you to bring your fur babies.

This house was big enough to fit my family of 5 with lots of space to spread out. Close enough to a few restaurants to walk to and only a few blocks from the beach!

Not the best. The bathroom was way too small. The outside stairs were in bad shape, to the point of being unsafe. The stairs from the kitchen to the living room is almost impossible to maneuver if you have mobility issues.

Location isn't too bad being that it is about a block to the beach. The house is cute and just the right size for a couple or a couple with one kid. Only combines that I have are the toilet seat was broken. I almost fell off the damn thing when I sat down on it. Also, the beds.... I feel like that is a great investments into the property. However, the beds and bedding were very outdated and just plain uncomfortable! I was there for a pool tournament that lasted a few days. I absolutely needed quality rest and unfortunately, quality rest is not what I recieved. Fix the toilet, invest in better beds and bedding and this could easily be a 4-5 star review! Lastly, better toilet paper!! The toilet paper provided was like sand paper! Had to go out and buy our own because it was that bad.

The house was amazing, although kind of dated.
My only complaint is......you allow pets, that is GREAT.
However, the couch was so filled with dog hair from the previous guest, that we couldn't sit on it.
We needed to put a sheet on the couch.
I am all for dogs, I have 3.
If you allow dogs, please tell your local cleaning company to VACUUM all surfaces.
One of us had asthma, so it wasn't pleasant for her.
Also, the cleaners should take the trash bin to the street on garbage day. The garbage can was FULL, and smelled really bad.
So in a nutshell, your local cleaning staff is the problem.

This house had everything we needed and is so close to the beach, you can hear the ocean. I would give it 5 stars except VRBO had it advertised as one bed in one bedroom and two (bed and futon/ sofa bed) in the other and that is not accurate. The sofa bed is in the living room.

Great location!
This house has everything you could possibly need. We definitely plan on staying here again. The house is on a quiet corner lot with ample parking. I would have given this place 5 stars but the beds and couch were rather worn and quiet uncomfortable and killed my back.

The house has a nice big dining table to doing jigsaw puzzles, and even a dog water bowl was provided. And really clean too! We would stay there again!

The house was cozy, clean and in a great neighborhood. All of the permanent residents in the neighborhood were very friendly and polite. A very short walk led us to the beach access. There are 60 something steps to get down to the beach. Loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean.

It was a nice house, clean & nicely decorated. They did not provide enough toilet paper. It would have been nice to have a toaster, & a bench in the ground floor entrance to sit while taking off & putting on shoes would be helpful.
