Located in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on famous 30A, boasts 8,400 square feet of living space will have you recharged in no time. With room to comfortably accommodate 18, everyone will find a comfortable place to stay in one of the 5 large king suites and the bunk room with 8 bunk beds. Other features of this stunner of a home include 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and dining rooms, 2 outdoor built-in grills (one in the screened-in patio with a refrigerator and television), 10 porches and patios, and an oversized three-car garage. ABOUT THE AREA: Your days could be spent relaxing at the sugar sand beach or hanging by the resort-style swimming pool less than 5-minute walk away – no matter what you do, Totally Beachin is designed with your comfort in mind. This home is amid everything you'll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries, all no more than a 5-minute walk away! It's just minutes from the private deeded beach, the pool, and biking trails that will have you passing by some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. The coastal dune lakes are rare and magnificent. This home is ideal for family and friends that are getting together to have an unforgettable experience. Luxury speaks loudly, but Totally Beachin also has the feeling of “home” from every room in this vacation house. AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas. *** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival. BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". We had an amazing time -- the property was beautiful, very well appointed, and so spacious. The location was perfect and we didn't want for a thing. The multiple living areas made it perfect for us and our group of teens. We had an issue with the hot water and the property management company was on it immediately and had it fixed pronto. We would absolutely come back!

Wonderful vacation! Hassle free from start to finish. Everything about our stay was perfect. I could have chilled on 3rd patio the whole time. The included bonfire was our best night. Communication with 30a beach girls was very good. Great stay!

This was an excellent house for a large family vacation. Having 2 kitchens and living rooms was so incredible. All the porches were insane. Hollie was very helpful with scheduling extra activities. The house was perfect, very clean and modern. Look forward to coming back.

Everything about the rental experience was great from beginning to end! Super simple and the house was amazing! I mostly dealt with Joy and Hollie who were very easy going and was in contact with me the whole time with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here to everyone looking. You will love the place so much you'll never want to leave!

Our stay in this amazing home was more than promised. The house was very clean, extremely comfortable and the spaces were just as pictured. We came to celebrate our son's marriage and wanted a home base for family who came from around the country to join us and this was so close to Rosemary Beach where the wedding was held.
The location was central to all of our activities and walking distance to many 30a attractions we spent most of our time in Rosemary Beach. An easy bike ride to everywhere else. The house itself was beyond roomy and comfortable with 2 well appointed kitchens and more than enough baths and very comfortable beds, the decks were perfect for evening gatherings. 30a beach girls were a delight to get to know, responsive and helpful. Hollie checked on us pre wedding night and then after the ceremony. All in all everything I would hope for in a VRBO home. Our deepest thanks for making our wedding trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

This summer we had the best time at Totally Beaching. Simply the best VRBO stay we've had. Felt like we were staying at a best friend's place. Spotless with beautiful decor. Every detail was in order. Bright, beautiful and clean. Everything looked new. The kitchens was better stocked than my own. Appreciated having the 2 sets washers and dryers, too with 10 kiddos we needed it. Can't wait to come back and stay longer. Managers 30a Beach Girls handled decorations, our pontoon rental and bonfire. Truly like your best friends! Cant give them enough kudos.

We had a fantastic second stay at the property! The house is just lovely, with fabulous amenities and tons of space. Makes it so easy to relax and unwind while getting the entire extended family together! Looking forward to returning again in 2023!

This house was AMAZING! 30A Beach Girls set this place up for success. The patios on every level were perfect. We came here for a bachelorette party- 18 girls and everyone slept comfortably! Everyone on our trip had a fantastic time in this house. About a 6 min walk from Rosemary Beach Town Center, 5 min walk to the entrance for Seacrest beach! Came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc!
We had the best time at Totally Beachin'! The house was very clean upon arrival and had so many amenities (bikes, beach chairs, board games, etc.) that made this house a 5 star stay! I would say that it would be beneficial to have maintenance come by the house before your guests arrive to turn up the water heater. We had lots of girls and hot water took about 15 minutes to reach each shower before maintenance came by and we were so thankful for that! Lots of women = lots of super hot showers!

Absolutely stunning! The house had everything we needed. Perfect location as several family and friends stayed nearby. We were able to get anywhere quickly and had family over to help finish up Wedding items. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying here. 30a beac girls is fabulous and sweet, they helped with wedding needs at a house they don't even mange! Plan on trying to stay again in 2023 for daughters College Graduation.

This home should really be listed as 5 bedrooms sleeps 18. The 6th bedroom that they count is simply room of bunk beds that is open to the 2nd floor hallway. They say the curtains make it private, but anyone that comes to the other bedrooms on the second floor has to walk through this “bedroom”. If you want to use the living/kitchen area on the second floor without disturbing those in the bunk area you have to use the back staircase by walking through the garage. We had just assumed that since it was listed as a bedroom it would have 4 walls and a door, but we were wrong. We spent 4 days having to sneak past sleeping children and making sure all other doors were closed so that little ones didn't have access to the stairs. This was a big disappointment to the families we had staying there. The house really is beautiful but there are so many knicks/dents/stained/broken items in the home it makes the experience feel cheap. The third floor bedroom cools down a little but stays much warmer than the other rooms, this room also doesn't have a door so best to not put any small children up there that may need to nap. Upon checkin we realized the second floor living/kitchen area was incredibly warm. We texted the management group and they sent maintenance right over. Instead of listening to our concerns that the unit for that floor wasn't working, we were told the thermostat was in eco mode and that the level stays warm due to the amount of windows. The unit stayed off for almost 24 hours before maintenance came back and fixed it which meant we really couldn't use that space due to it being unbearably hot. We expressed our disappointment to the property group and they responded saying the owner would give us a credit for another trip. We have absolutely no intention of staying at this property again. The house isn't too bad of a walk to the beach and there are trams available in the neighborhood (although they can be hard to get ahold of). The beach access is three flights of stairs so keep that in mind when hauling your belongs to the beach. The pool in the community is a huge resort style pool. While the house was not what we were expecting I will say the property management group was great. They were in touch in the weeks leading up to the trip, and responded quickly via text anytime we had a question or concern. They did a great job and I think our disappointment is directed at the actual home owner and not the rental group.

What a delight our stay was! Our family was looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay that was within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shopping, and not too far from the beach and pool. This home more than exceeded our expectations!
Everything about this place was incredibly easy -- from check-in, to TV instructions, to check-out procedures, etc. -- because Hollie and her beach girls have meticulously anticipated every possible question and need. They clearly set up this home with their guests' comfort and ease as their priority.
The house is extremely spacious and very comfortable and clean. Our favorite part was the numerous porches where we would start our days with coffee on them and end them with Uno at the table on the screened in porch.
We were also very pleased with the location — just 2 blocks away from the pool, it's in the heart of 30a beast restaurants Alys to Inlet. Our teens loved walking up and down the street to shop, grab coffee, ice cream, and people-watch.
Hollie, Emily and Kellie were incredibly responsive from booking to check out, and is among the best hosts we've ever had. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to 30a!! Thanks 30a beach girls for a truly bitchin time!!

Its been days since we stayed at the house and we are all still talking about what a perfect time we had. The location could not have been better as we could walk to go get take out, shop, sightsee or to the wedding in Alys Beach and also felt we had a front row seat to watch the best sunsets. We never wanted to leave the house everything is there. Its a clean and really well thought out home. The linens and furnishings were so high quality and comfortable it didn't even feel like we were staying in a rental. 30a Beach Girls was very nice and accommodating, the woman that brought us extra beach towels was extremely kind and helpful. We had a bonfire scheduled, electric bikes and Hollie set up a driver for us the night of the wedding. The car service was superior, far better than any I had ever used. Texted and a moment later we had his name and number. We are impressed at how quickly this company responds to your questions. Kelly was our main contact, Hollie booked us, Joy helped with payments - we divided up among a few ccards, and several others helped out start to finish.
If you enjoy biking there are miles of interesting and beautiful trails. Im surprised we didn't see more people on bikes.
We were there for a relatives wedding and it was so funny you'd see people on walks stopping (across the street) taking pictures of the place and it wasn't us all dressed up it was the house and it's many decks. Its an architecturally beautiful home, inside & out.
It was worth every penny & we will definitely be going again. The whole experience was a "10" exceeding our expectations. Everything about the place is wonderful. From start to finish everything was easy and relaxing. You can't miss with this one. A definitely recommend! Never really did much at the beach it was cold but it wasn't a beach vacation for us. Exceptional property in this area Bad Boss "Beachin" Babes managing!
We liked the area so much we booked in summer for a getaway with the other side of family - we were so happy to find this property! Unfortunately not available for our summer dates but 30a Beach Girls, the baddest company on the beach hooked us up with another primo house. This company kicks a**. Reservations, groceries, fishing connection they hooked us up for the best trip. The house is OMG very roomy with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, over a dozen porches with a spectacular view, in great condition, impeccably clean, and has a great personal touch with the decor and extras that are part of the overall enjoyment. Excellent and it is every bit a value for the quality that is delivered.

We have spent over 135 days in VRBO properties in the last 4 years and this is at the top of the list! The pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, well kept, well stocked and ideal for all of us! Everything you could hope for. Excellent communication from day of booking until departure day from 30 a beachin girls.
Our group was made up of 10 adults and 7 kiddos (ages 1-9). This place had room for us all with room to spare and was fun for everyone.
The only thing better than the sunset views from the porches and the beautiful home was the warm welcome and great communication from the hosts Hollie and Joy. 10 stars all the way ladies!! We can't wait to return here, best rental we've experienced from pre to post stay.

This was a big, beautiful, well-maintained home. We felt taken care by Hollie before we even left our homes in West Virginia and Georgia. We had our intinery before we arrived. We did a dolphin tour, bonfire and photo shoot. Best girls trip in HISTORY! We loved staying here. Big rooms, lots of entertainment within walking distance of the house, Hollie, Joy and Michelle was responsive and extremely helpful from arrival to departure. Certainly a lot of attention to detail put into your trip with them. Will be booking next year. Thank you.

Our chef loved the two kitchens as well, right in the middle of prep he ran downstairs and started prepping dessert it was so funny! Great time.

This was the absolute best vacation we have ever experienced. First we had so many celebrations to catch up on after covid restrictions. We had birthdays and anniversaries and a graduation to celebrate! 30a Beach Girls jumped right on planning with us. We had balloons, cupcakes, and decorations on all 3 floors! 30a beach girls had the entire place set for a celebration. All I did was mention and Hollie was off and running.
We did 4 day trips. Fishing, dolphin tour, alligator night tour, and parasailing. Hollie and Heidi arranged everything. The only thing that wasn't perfect was traffic issues! ha!
The house fit us all perfectly and was very clean. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us to come pick up the bikes to occupy our time until the house was ready. I do advise setting up a cart rental we rented 2 carts for our stay after seeing how much better the beach down the road is. Ask Hollie for beach recommendations as Seacrest village beach is too crowded. She recommended 3 and all were so much better but renting the carts made it easier to haul everything.

This was the absolute best vacation we have ever experienced. First we had so many celebrations to catch up on after covid restrictions. We had birthdays and anniversaries and a graduation to celebrate! 30a Beach Girls jumped right on planning with us. We had balloons, cupcakes, and decorations on all 3 floors! 30a beach girls had the entire place set for a celebration. All I did was mention and Hollie was off and running. We did 4 day trips. Fishing, dolphin tour, alligator night tour, and parasailing. Hollie and Heidi arranged everything. The only thing that wasn't perfect was traffic issues! ha! The house fit us all perfectly and was very clean. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us to come pick up the bikes to occupy our time until the house was ready. I do advise setting up a cart rental we rented 2 carts for our stay after seeing how much better the beach down the road is. Ask Hollie for beach recommendations as Seacrest village beach is too crowded. She recommended 3 and all were so much better but renting the carts made it easier to haul everything. 30A Beach Girls you rock this industry!!!
If hospitality had an awards show 30a Beach Girls would win it! From the moment we had to cancel due to Covid Hollie has been in contact to help plan this years retreat, and I gotta say it was worth the wait! The house is as pictured but you don't get the full impact until you walk in!
They had balloons, a charcuterie board, punch for the adults, drinks for the kids, cupcakes in the graduates school colors and decorations throughout. We had already preassigned rooms and had itineraries printed and ready. Hollie made signs for all room assignments and the 30a becahgirls staff signed them with little welcome messages. Loved it. Our days went off smoothly and even with some rain we were able to do everything we had planned.
We had our towels swapped out, no laundry for this crew thank you! Had a comedian/ chef prepare dinner one evening. Alligator tour, dolphin swimming, bonfire, sand castle building and all the ladies had an amazing day at the spa! The kids loved all the space, the balconies and ping pong!! The bikes were ridden constantly, golf cart almost towed... that's another story...;)
We have already picked our dates for 2022 and can't wait. Hollie and her team bravo well executed!! We did have an issue with hot water and their maintenance team was there in a few hours bravo to them as well!! Best vacation our crew has ever had.
