Located in Indian Wells, this attractive house for $450 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Fully enclosed private 1/2 acre resort with gorgeous mountain views. WALK TO EL PASEO. MINUTES TO COACHELLA, STAGECOACH, BNP PARIBAS, FESTIVALS, CONCERTS, EVENTS, GOLF, SHOPPING, MARKETS, BARS, RESTAURANTS. Desks in each bedroom with high speed wifi for Zoom/work. Oversized swimming pool. Spa. Newly resurfaced Pebble Tec pool (July 2021). Outdoor firepit. Wraparound natural gas bbq island. Two full sized outdoor patio dining tables. Washer/dryer. Chef's kitchen with 5 burner Smeg stove and Bosch dishwasher. Sand volleyball court. Water volleyball net. Dedicated theatre room with surround sound and ping pong table and poker/board games (Summer 2021). Two master bedrooms, one with walk in closet. Modern tiled flooring throughout. I would stay again! Our large group of friends stayed here for a birthday over a long weekend. This house was a hit! We utilized all 5 bedrooms and the teen room to accommodate the group. Each room was large and comfortable for 2 people and the teen room was great for 4 people. Pictures are accurate as well as the description. The house was clean and well put together. The host was easy to communicate with as well! This house is designed to be a vacation rental for large groups. I took that into account after reading other reviews before booking. The house has some small wear and tear, so be it. The large kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking as a group. It had all of the utensils and items needed for us to prepare meals. The large table was a treat to share dinner and stories without having to separate from each other. The pool & hot tub were excellent and well enjoyed over our 3 day stay. There is a gas grill and a storage area of fun pool toys (we added to it!). During our stay, we did not utilize the volleyball court as it was 110 degrees out. There is also lots of parking for up to 8 cars! Villa Paradise! This has been by far the best vacation home I have been in!! The Villa was amazing! It was exactly as it looked in the pictures! The rooms were spacious so everyone had their own space. The Pool was the hot spot, everyone loved it! The beach volleyball court was a hidden jewel because I don’t think anyone has anything like it in their backyard! It was a dream house and you can see the mountains in the background giving you a stunning view in the morning! Everyone loved the place! They even said it felt like they were “vacationing like a celebrity “ and I have to agree! The owners were outstanding in answering every single inquire I had no matter what time it was. I recommend this absolutely stunning vacation home to anyone that is coming to Palm Springs, you will never want to leave! We had a wonderful time at this house. It is very spacious and great for a large group, lots of room! The house is the best stocked house of any we have rented, couldn’t think of anything that we would have wanted that wasn’t there. The owner could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very much enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect for golf, living desert/zoo and Joshua Tree. The property manager Robert was awesome and he made adjustments upon request in a timely matter. The home itself is set up to use, you live stress free because it's a rental home vs a home the owners live in. The oven is Italian and very high end but very difficult to use as it has icon's not in English. That's about the only hickup we had to deal with. Paul Minneapolis

Unique rental in a great location!

This is a fun property! We decided to escape the PNW weather while we worked and homeschooled. The Wifi worked perfectly for us all. We loved the outdoor space, pool, and the big fire-pit in the evenings when it cooled a bit. El Paseo was a short walk away. Robert, the Property Manager was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions or requests.
