The beach is less than a five minute walk from your front door, allowing you to play all day at the beach then stroll back to your luxury property, spread out within one of the two main living areas or tinker in your stunning kitchen space before retiring to your designer backyard. This property ticks all the boxes. The Space: A luxury holiday oasis, designed with family living in mind, and surrounded by luxury touches and 5 star interior design. This quality designed home presents as now, featuring two living spaces, one at the front and the other at the back of the house. There are four bedrooms, one of which is appointed with a stunning, spacious ensuite with double shower. The main guest bathroom also features a double shower and a bath. The dining, living and kitchen all look out to the beautifully designed and fully enclosed back yard which has everything you need for a perfect family barbecue and time to relax and unwind after a great day at the beach, wineries or golf course. PLEASE NOTE: Pizza oven is not available for guest use. Full WIFI access is also provided and the property also features a foldaway baby cot for guest use This property sleeps up to 8 (4 adults max, 4 kids). In winter the beach is still a beautiful place to visit and explore where you can take long walks exploring the peaceful and quiet coastline which is only visited by locals WALKS Go for a walk along the beach heading towards the old jetty and making your way through ‘The Dell’ where you can make your way up the walking track to the beautiful uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay and the You Yangs ranges Walk along the coastline to Beacon Point Reserve lookout for more beautiful views and scenery of Port Phillip Bay, You Yangs ranges, and the city skyline in the distance CYCLING Cycle the 32km Bellarine Rail Trail that follows the scenic train route of the former South Geelong to Queenscliff branch line GOLF Visit and play around at the many golf courses in the surrounding area, the closest being the Clifton Springs Golf Club located only a short drive from the property Not far is also the Curlewis Golf Club; listed among the top 100 golf courses in Australia and which also features a state of the art driving range, indoor XGolf facilities and also a mini golf facility to keep the kids happy GO TO TOWN Explore the local town of Drysdale with it’s cafes, shops and also the Lake Lorne Reserve; a natural freshwater wetland on the edge of Drysdale BELLARINE RAILWAY Take a ride on the heritage Bellarine rail steam train which runs from Drysdale to Queenscliffe taking in the beautiful scenic views on it’s journey WINERIES Explore and enjoy the wonderful food and wines at the local wineries with Jack Rabbit Estate and Scotchman's Hill being 2 of our favourites FISHING Walk to the local beach and cast a line from the rock wall or head down to the Clifton Springs boat ramp where you can fish from the newly built jetty or extended rock wall Getting Around: You are a short stroll to the beach and only a 2 minute drive to the picturesque country town of Drysdale and The Clifton Springs Golf Course overlooking the sea is less than 5 minutes up the road. Your holiday home is also 15 minutes drive from the ever popular Bellarine wineries including Basil's Farm, Flying Brick, Jack Rabbit Estate and Scotchman's Hill Estate. House was perfect for our needs, especially mother who requires accessibility. Plenty of space, very clean, and great outdoor area. Short drive to restaurants etc.

We had a great stay at this property for a girls weekend. The communication from the owner was prompt. My only suggestion would be to provide a few extra blankets for the cold nights.

Clean, modern property. Good location, close to the beach. Short drive to Queenscliffe, Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove. Great local spots to eat/visit - information folder listing recommendations.

Really nice, clean house - exactly as presented in the online. As in the photos, no view, but just a nice easy living space with plenty of area for the kids to run around. Could have done with a little more attention to detail in preparation which I would generally expect when paying this amount (e.g. a few more kitchen basics, rinse aid for dishwasher, etc., etc.). Otherwise no issues.
