The house is great and the hosts are wonderful people. The house has all the necessary appliances, everything you can think of. There are dishes, cutlery, kitchen appliances, cleaning and hygiene products and more. Everything is perfectly clean and there are many beautiful details in the house that make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable. It looks quite far from everything if you look at the map, but it really isn't. You can reach almost everywhere on foot, but if you are traveling with children, then you really need a car. The center of old Nikiti is a few minutes walk away. The bakery, grocery store and fast food can also be reached in a few minutes. The hosts are warm and hospitable people, they deserve all the praise. We had a wonderful time and would love to be guests of Casa di Grigoris again. We recommend it to everyone.

We couldn’t be more happier with our accommodation at this lovely property, everything was just perfect, comfy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice and quiet surroundings, extremely clean, lovely village. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. For sure we’ll be back😊

This is a great stay in Nikiti, the house is cosy, everything is new and the owner is helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the place.

The Internet connection could be better but that wasn't a huge issue since we were at the beach most of the time.

We loved the time spent at Casa di Grigorio, an old house elegantly refurbished, situated in the old Nikiti. - quite area, at 5 minutes walk to the centre of the old town of Nikiti - very well equipped (we didn't miss a thing and we felt like home) - very clean - Katerina, the host, a very nice lady with whom we managed to communicate, even if she didn't speak English too much - Roxani, a wonderful guide for our stay (she recommended us what to do in the area during our stay - beaches, tavernas, bars where we could spend nice evenings - very good communication with the hosts before, during and after our stay - my daughter loved the little dog of our neighbours

The house is spotless and cozy. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic view from the terrace. The owner, Katerina, is a very nice person. She came back to us at 10 PM to open the door, as we forgot the keys inside and the door locked from the outside. The contact person Roxani was as well very nice. She guided us through every step of our stay and recommended visiting the amazing places in the Nikiti area. Perfect vacation.

Everything was perfect: super clean, all amenities great, super friendly hosts, great view from the balcony, really nice and quiet location, good for combining home office and some vacation.

The property is as stated and a little above the town so you have nice view till the sea. In the morning you can take breakfast in front of the house without beeing burned by the hot greek sun. Quite often there is a lite breeze. The locaton in the old town is quiet and allows to get to restaurants or wine bar without a car.

Some more power outlets would be great for some are hidden due furniture.
